“breakfast is not good enough”

“Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, weshalb wir vier Sterne vergeben. Zu Beginn waren wir etwas enttäuscht, da wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass ausreichend Parkplätze im Hotel vorhanden sind. In der ersten Nacht haben wir leider keinen Parkplatz im Hotelhof bekommen. Am zweiten Tag wurde uns dann jedoch ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir positiv hervorheben möchten. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das Personal an der Rezeption, insbesondere an die Mitarbeiterin mit den……

“Pulizia diciamo buona. Ho trovato dei capelli nel letto purtroppo e pur chiedendo il cambio asciugamani per due volte hanno scordato il tappeto da doccia e poi il secondo asciugamano (eravamo in due). Il personale in parte cordiale, alcune ragazze non lo sono state. Servizi molto buoni, colazione ottima, posizione comoda ma comunque distante. Struttura nuova e ben organizzata!”

“Les photos de l’hébergement sont celles d’un restaurant et non de l’hôtel, qui n’en est pas un d’ailleurs. Les chambres se trouvent au fond d’une cour mal entretenue. Les clés sont dans des boîtes verrouillées. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées à la localisation, personne n’a répondu à nos appels téléphoniques répétés. J’ai dû demander à des passants et aux serveurs. C’est finalement l’assistance Expedia qui nous a grandement aidées, permettant qu’on réponde enfin à mon appel. La chambre était……

“The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has enough variety. Overall the place is good, the only issue is that to arrive the place by foot is kinda unsafe, there is no side walk and at night there is no light on the path to get there.”

“高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。”

“A very pleasant stay at this hotel, room is small but very neat. A very good choice at the buffet breakfast. ”

“還好，沒有其他評論的糟，早餐還不錯；房間內有小冰箱，保險箱，可惜沒電熱水壺可沖泡咖啡，茶和泡麵。 從地鐵站走路就可到酒店，出地鐵站就有 ALBERT 超級市場，到超市買些東西，走路回酒店吃吃喝喝，非常方便。”

“Extremely helpful staff even in a pinch, helped us navigate not only the city but best way to travel out to the rest of the country. The hotel is also near several wonderful restaurants and bars that are in walking distance. Room was always clean when we came back from the day. ”

“Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).”
