Very pleased.

Check in was great. The room was clean the room was amazing the room was comfortable. I would expect the kitchen appliances at a 4 star hotel. Very nice.

No Maintenance on Weekends

We got a good price and the hotel was ok. It was a bit strange for an extended stay hotel to have nothing in the kitchen upon arrival. You have to ask for dishes, pans, coffeemaker, hairdryer, silverware. Do not stay if you expect anything for breakfast. When they say grab and go, they are not kidding, packaged muffiffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal, that's it. My biggest complaint, and the reason we will not return to Extended Stay is that durning the night on Friday night, the fluorescent bulb in our bathroom started flashing like a strobe light, we turned it off and notified the front dest early on Saturday. The very nice young woman at the desk came up, looked, and agreed that the bulb needed to be replaced. Upon returning to the room around 8 that evening, the bulb had not been replaced, we called the desk, and were told that "Maintenance does not work on weekends". We were told that we could move to another room, but since we were cheking out in the morning, we just stayed and kept the door open. I put a comment on Twitter and was told that a member of management would contact me, that never happened, and when I commented on that I was told that according to the records the light was scheduled to be replaced on Tuesday and that I should let them know if that had not happened. Remember, I checked out on Sunday, but if I had stayed it would have taken them 4 days to replace a bulb. Unacceptable, what if it had been a major problem. Sorry, we won't be back.

Room dirty. Dog must have been in it because you could smell the urine on the floor. Bedsheets had visible dirt on them. I would not stay here again. Staff was great though. Very nice staff. Fellow worker also had disappointing experience and left and went to another hotel. Definitely wouldn't pay to stay here again.

It was ok. Very rusty and the sink (in the kitchen) was leaking underneath. I never used the kitchen sink. And on one corner of the sheets was a black mark.

Could not get toilet paper.

Thru out my stay I never asked for anything. But when I asked for toilet paper. Front desk person told me that they were out of paper. So I had to go buy my own toilet paper.

Hotel staff was very friendly, room keys were not working upon arrival and did not work for the duration of the stay so staff had to open all the room doors. Hotel was in a nice area. The room was clean although the sheets had holes in them and the towels were quite worn. Good overall value for the money.

Great room for a great price.

I was very surprised with this hotel. For the price this was offered i wasn't expecting much...but the hotel was newly renovated, which also means the mattresses were relatively new. Very clean and comfortable room. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didnt have to eat out EVERY night. There is no daily housekeeping they change your linens once a week. It was nice not having housekeeping knocking on your door every morning at 9am. Anything you need such as towels and toilet paper you can request at the front desk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating anything i needed or any questions i had was taking care of and answered right away. Very fast check in and check out process. Whether youre staying a few days or a few weeks and u dont need a hilton or a drury inn this should do u good. My only recommendation is to put a couch or at least a 2 person love seat in the room everything is done on these little tables or in bed. Im staying here when i come back.

One of the rooms reeked of smoke, got the room changed, but the toilet hadn't been flushed. Placed back in the first room due to availability. Got a voucher for a free night. Hotel staff were very apologetic.
