Room dirty. Dog must have been in it because you could smell the urine on the floor. Bedsheets had visible dirt on them. I would not stay here again. Staff was great though. Very nice staff. Fellow worker also had disappointing experience and left and went to another hotel. Definitely wouldn't pay to stay here again.

Could not get toilet paper.

Thru out my stay I never asked for anything. But when I asked for toilet paper. Front desk person told me that they were out of paper. So I had to go buy my own toilet paper.

The grab and go breakfast was sad. Bad coffee, granola bars, muffins and hot water to make tea, cocoa or oatmeal were the only choices. Fruit or yogurt would be a nice addition. The beads were tiny with only about six inches between the bed and the wall. I'm a small person, but had difficulty getting to my side of the bed. The room would be ok for one or two travelers, but our family of four was very cramped. The amenities are bare bones.. cheap towels and sheets, and only two plastic cups. Because you have an ice tray in your tiny kitchenette, the hotel does not provide an ice maker. The hotel is at a good location- very close to the sports park where our baseball tournament was held. The area is nice, you can find decent dining (including real breakfast) nearby.

Dog barking

It was fair overall. Place was clean and easy access to local places. However, the guest next door to us had a dog and was barking all night long. It kept us up all night.

Bad smells

The first room i was given had a very strong cleaning product odor, no towels and one of the beds was not completely made. The second room also had an unpleasant odor.

Awful hotel staff that checked me in! Breakfast?! Totally sucked! Warm coffee and pre-packaged stale muffins. The bed and pillows was ALL this place had going for it! Thank God it was just a stop over to NOT sleep on my car! Hotel staff acted bothered about her job! Never again!!!

Dont expect too much

Pros : Booking process was hassle free via Hotes.com. Given a room as soon as i arrived the hotel Rooms are Ok. I was given Kitchen appliances upon request. Cons : 1.Break fast is BAD. Don't have any options other than few oatmeal packets. Not sure what is the meaning of the continental break fast will be provided at the hotel. 2.Wi-Fi is very Slow.

Clean & Comfortable!

Pros: Easy to get to from interstate, cleanliness, courteous staff.
Cons: Ice machines on premises.
Location: Restaurants and stores are very close and it's convenient to stay here rather than in St. Louis.
Very clean, comfortable bed, staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Will recommend this to associates.

We would stay again

Booked our flight on booking.com and arrived for check in at 4:00 pm on 5/19/2017. Check in was fast and easy and the front desk lady was very nice. We are a non smoking couple and we did not have a problem signing the on smoking waiver. We get our keys and head up to the room. When we stepped into the room the smell of smoke was very strong. I called down to the front desk and let her know the was smoking in the room before us. She apologized and wanted to move us to another room but the hotel was full. She also stated she would put a note in the system so that we would not be charged a smoking fee. So we just cracked the windows since we were on the 3rd floor and went and grabbed dinner. When we came back the smell was not as strong. Our room was very clean and nice. The breakfast is a grab and go(coffee, muffins, granola bars) which was fine with us. Check out was fast and easy also. The desk guy was nice and professional. We would stay again if we needed to.
