Great hotel very close to the beach

Posted Jun 24, 2017
This was a cozy hotel steps away from the beach. Items I didn't like - $32 a day to park the car - outrageous! I also didn't like the very small double beds that we got because we needed to sleep 4. Things I did like - got an upgraded room with a beautiful view, friendly helpful staff and part of the activity fee included free beach towels and free beach chairs that you could rent for the day.

Nice hotel close to beach.

Would have liked more comfortable seating options, and more functional desk/writing surface/laptop seating.

Pros: location.
Cons: Bring back the breakfast.
Without Breakfast on the Beach, the place seems to be just another hotel on the strip. The fees are exorbitant: we use NOTHING for the $30 daily charge. Time to go somewhere else.

Aloha!!! Mahalo for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We are sorry that the discontinuation of Breakfast on the Beach was a disappointment for you. Over the past four years, we have noticed an increase in requests for such items as gluten-free products, more protein, less pastries, less fried items, wheat bread, toast, whole wheat bagels, and the list goes on and on...The challenge that we have always faced with Breakfast on the Beach is that the hotel does not have a kitchen or a restaurant that we control. This makes it virtually impossible to keep pace with the evolving tastes and wants of our guests at breakfast. Due to the fact that we could not meet these requests, we decided that the best course was to focus on other items. We're disappointed to lose your patronages. Best wishes! Nice view from room

Posted Jun 12, 2017
Pros: close to the beach
Cons: maintenance, bathroom
Location: right in front of Waikiki beach, the best location
Rooms need some basic maintenance, specially the bathroom. With such a proximity to the beach could be a perfect spot.
