Excellent for overnight in Honolulu, close enough for use to walk (about 20 minutes), staff were very friendly, there are some places behind the hotel for buying some basic food and drinks. The hotel is a little dated but that is OK with us.

Firts trip here...everything was very good.this time 1 star. We were put in the OLD 50's motel. Rome was good, but, no elevator (5 pieces of luggage to haul down the steps) and I loved being right near the dumpsters...especially on trash day....the truck cane at 6:15am. A 1/4" gap around the door meeds weather stripping.

It was perfect for our stay after a long flight. Close to the airport. The shuttle was right there to pick us up. The shower was a bit rough with the water pressure but bed were comfy enough.

The rooms were clean, the beds were small but plenty of pillows. The noise of the highway in the morning is intense. Overall good value for the money but wouldn't stay more than a night

Old and dated. The check in girl was too abrupt and disinterested. A lizard ran under the dresser when we first opened the door to the room. You have to drag your suitcases up a flight of concrete stairs. Very noisy as right next to two major highways staggered on top of one another, a motorway ramp and a service road.

Had a great stay at Best Western The Plaza Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the free breakfast was a nice bonus, and the gym was convenient. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommend for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!

I stayed this hotel twice, and staff are always friendly and very welcoming. I like how close to the airport and there is always free shuttle bus. Complimentary breakfast has very good options as well.

For a quick overnight for an early morning flight, this hotel worked. The breakfast included was helpful and had good choices. Parking fee was high, I think. But all in all it worked and would consider again under similar circumstances.

This is a economical choice for Honolulu. It's very convenient for the airport, but you get all the sounds of the airport as well. Big planes, fighter jets and traffic. The hotel writ large could use some updating, but it's adequate. The free breakfast was limited in hours but large in carbs, with only a few protein options.

We had a great room on the 11th floor corner. Staff was very helpful, especially Rose and Beau. Plenty of luggage carts to get luggage to and from the room. There was also a shuttle bus to get us to the airport. I accidentally left my walking cane in my room when he took us to the airport. When I discovered this, he left us out at the airport, then went back to get my cane and brought it to me at the waiting area for airline check in. It was so kind of his to go the extra mile, literally, to get my cane for me. I will stay there next trip.
