Pros: STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL. ESPECIALLY DYLAN ON FRONT DESK
Cons: AIR CONDITIONER VERY NOISY .VERY SLOW INTERNET. HOUSE KEEPING SUPPLIES NEED TO BE IMPROVED
NEEDS ROOM IMPROVEMENTS SUCH AS VERY NOISY AIR CON. GREAT STAFF, GREAT LOCATION . UPGRADED TO A SUITE WHICH WAS VERY SPACIOUS. OVERALL QUITE GOOD.

Old room

Pros: the bar was nice and pool area was nice.
Location: shopping and beach
This hotel is about a 15 min walk to the beach. There was no ocean view to be had. The room was old and had the leaky air conditioner smell. There were two parts the the hotel, and we were in the old part. Not sure if the new part would be better.

Rough Landing

Pros: Location, amenities (coffee shop, decent exercise room, freshwater pool, bar), staff was friendly.
When we arrived, they had given us a complimentary upgrade to a corner suite from a standard room. What we wanted was a king bed, and the suite only had a queen bed. When we got to the room, the door was open, and there were used towels in the room. We returned to the front desk and spoke with a manager (Judy) who wouldn't look up from the desk, but we were put into a standard room with a king bed like we wanted. Parking is valet only, which we didn't understand would cost us another $40/night so that was also disappointing to find out upon arriving. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the company running the valet parking did a great job.

Worst experience ever

Pros: The pool was pretty. Room service did a good job of cleaning up.
Cons: Customer service.
Smallest hotel room I have ever been in. I am a small girl (5'4" and 110lbs) but there was hardly any room in the bathroom to even get dressed. The toilet paper holder was broken during our stay so our toilet paper kept falling onto the floor or we had to keep it on the nonexistent countertop. We checked in on a Friday afternoon and I brought my personal towel to shower with just because I have a pet peeve about using a towel someone else has used before. I hung it on the hook behind the bathroom door and on Saturday, when I returned to my room after it had been serviced, my towel was missing. I immediately called the front desk and they said they would "look into it." Trust that "look into it" means doing as little as they could possibly get away with. They sent someone up to my room and he said he would check the lost and found and I suggested that he check to see if it was mixed in with the hotel towels; shortly after he left, the front desk called me saying unfortunately they didn't find it...they had only checked the lost and found. Over the rest of my stay, I was constantly following up on this matter and upon leaving on Monday, my towel still wasn't found and the staff did not attempt to accommodate me in any way nor were they apologetic about it. I am not that upset about the fact that they accidentally took my personal towel, but I am incredibly annoyed with the "customer service" that followed.

Got over charged...

Never staying here again .. I got over charged after I was told I was getting charged for two nights of parking which is 78.00 and I got charged an extra $60 dollars.. And when I called they said oh it should go back on your card in 7 days no apology nothing..

Nice Hotel we had stayed here before BUT

Pros: The management was contacted and put us into another room right away
Cons: Room 321 also had an air con that was a bit dirty & they cleaned it for us BUT they seem to need a maintenance schedule for servicing the air cons
Location: Restaurants and Shops are easily reached on foot so that is a benefit
Room 615 on first appearance seemed adequate but there was an unpleasant smell of mildew/dust/mold We felt it was coming from the air conditioning and when we checked by lifting the cover - it was filthy along with the filters and caked on dirt along the edges. It was a health issue.
