breakfast included, good for family!

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Pros: Breakfast, play ground,
Cons: As the above, the sound next door is very loud. hopefully thicker wall?
Location: beach is 5-10 min walk, no one walks more than 10 minutes to go beach in Waikiki anyway.
The room was tight but clean. Sound from the next room opening/closing door was very laud. Nice play ground with chess and mini golf for kids. Good breakfast. defiantly good for family trip!

Good Vacation Spot

Posted Mar 29, 2017
Pros: Although the hotel was still renovating, the room was very nice.
Cons: I 'm sure once renovations are complete, everything will be even better.
Location: Great location. Shopping, restaurants and the beach were within walking distance. The shuttle pick-up for the tours I booked was across the street.
Good spot for Spring Break. The room was quiet which was great for the day that I just wanted to rest. It was perfect location, I liked the fact that everything was in walking distance (shopping center, restaurants and especially the beach). I was vacationing alone so there was no chance of getting lost.

Nice place to stay in Honolulu Waikiki

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Pros: I liked the helpful staff and the very clean rooms.
Cons: It will be very nice when the lobby is renovated.
The hotel was under renovation but there were no problems associated with this. The staff was pleasant and courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They helped me plan my route to the North Shore to avoid traffic and they printed out a document I needed to print. On checkout at 10:00 am, there was a long line of people checking in so they took my information and emailed me a receipt. The room was clean and functional. That's all I needed. I would say here again.

Aloha, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. Glad to hear our staff was able to make your stay enjoyable, despite the construction in the lobby. We do apologize if there was any miscommunication on the resort (service) fee and the parking fee. We do communicate our hotel fees to all of our travel partners/agents. Again, we apologize if there was a miscommunication. Thanks again for your comments and for staying with us. Mahalo!

Construction on going, noisy, and dirty at the lobby, hotel front desk was not very accomodating and friendly.

Un satisfied

Posted Mar 3, 2017
There are undisclosed fees. $20.95 and $27 parking That's ridiculous fees in addition to paying over $100 for the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in.
