The property is perfectly situated for our needs visiting family. The view of the surrounding parks and partial ocean view make it special. Close enough to ocean and action while a sanctuary. The front desk staff were exceptional -- super friendly and helpful. Hopefully upcoming management changes do not take a toll on the staff who were all great.

My only negative was while staying for almost 5 days the cleaning staff never cleaned our hotel room. The do no disturb was not on the door either so it was very disappointing. I have stayed at the property before and it is very conveniently located. The property is officially under new management so hopefully there will be changes to the not cleaning of rooms

Beautiful setting surrounded by the park with no other hotels looming over you. The pool area was excellent, and in the sun from 11:00am until sunset. We really enjoyed the BBQ area, in fact we enjoyed all the amenities the Luana had to offer. We will definitely be back again!

All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers nice extras, like wine, cheese, music nights and lei making. The location and view are fantastic; the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park. The hotel feels safe and secure. The room itself could be updated, but I’ll definitely stay here again due to all of the benefits.

Well appointed room, only here one night. I like that they have kept up the wood work features in the room. Gives it a warm feeling. Some areas showing their age but ok with me. Clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would come back.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms could use some better cleaning. Our shower would not work properly and we had to call to have our a/c unit fixed. Maintenance did come quickly for the a/c. Did not like having to pay $40.00 to valet each night in addition to resort fee on top of the nightly price of the room. Was not aware of this until we arrived to check in.

It is a budget choice due to the location of the facility. Don't expect you can have a 5 star hotel experience but the overall experience is great. I usually don't spend a lot money on the up scale hotel because I will spend most of my day on the activites. I only spend no more than 10 hours inside the hotel. Therefore, I only pick the most value for the money hotel to stay.

Very good staff. Polite and accommodating. WE enjoyed the wine and snacks on Wednesday night. The room was clean except for the floor which we had to ask to be cleaned. The room did not come with a microwave-just a toaster oven. A microwave is preferred, safer and cost effective. It should be included in ALL rooms.

Easy access to the convenient stores. Staff are great, they are easy to approach. Cleanliness is the problem. I checked in with my two kids, 1 four years old and a 2 years old boy. The bed are kind of high so for safety and to avoid them from falling down while sleeping i decided to let them sleep on the floor. I put a sleeping mat in between of those two beds and let my other half to sleep with the kids on the floor. I was bothered the whole night because my wife keep sneezing everynow and then and she smell something coming from the bottom of the beds. When i checked it out, to my surprised it was full of “DUST” it was very dirty so i have to clean it so they can get a good sleep. The edges of the bed the one hold the mattress, those are the dirty parts, really “DUSTY”. Regardless of that, its all good.
