Loved our stay here! Check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed the welcome drinks. We encountered some issues with our room during the first few days but after speaking to the front desk they resolved the issue. Great customer service, they were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Brunch was great at the Deck restaurant. Loved the view of Diamonhead from the restaurant and pool. Lots of paid/free parking around the hotel. Hotel was easily accessible to and from everywhere we needed to go.

Staff really friendly, and the Place was cool, but ice machines were not great. Had to go buy ice several times, which was annoying for such a expensive room.
I love this hotel! I’ve stayed here at least a half dozen times over the past few years and it is consistently LOVELY. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, nice amenities, great dining (Deck is awesome and their brunch is delicious). Queen Kapiolani is a 10/10 every time. An older hotel but very well maintained and has a lovely aesthetic.

Nice property just dissapointed i paid for ocean view balcony did not get my balcony feel like i should get some credit everythjng else was ok but in picture it showed kitchette my room was tiny

Awesome location, excellent food, and wonderful staff! Comfy room and facility too! Had a wonderful time here and will stay every time I visit Hawaii for sure!!!!

I liked the restaurant. Great staff and bartenders there. The valet was kinda weird, never met a valet who didn’t welcome guests or want to move our car into the valet. My reservation included valet parking, but the valet suggested us to use public parking??? So we had to update our payment for public parking by the zoo every 4 hours. Very inconvenient and unprofessional, I probably won’t be staying here again.

Great stay! Location is great, views are stunning. Don't hesitate to book. Only thing to note is parking is scarce valet is worth it in my opinion.

Staff super friendly and helpful; great location- easy walk to the beach, and loved the ease of picking up towels and beach chairs at bell desk. Close location to the park was nice too!

We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the sounds of the zoo next door especially during early morning hours. Very clean, queen bed in a Suite which was really just a room with a queen bed -was very comfortable. The hotel staff were awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with advice. Loved the refillable water bottle station. Quiet during the night. Nice and close to Oahu tour operators shuttle pickups. No coffee maker in room but the Knots Coffee Roasters coffee shop in the lobby was awesome. It has a beautiful pool restaurant lounge on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the Honolulu Zoo and Diamond Head.

Our stay was perfect- very friendly and helpful staff! When we didn’t want to be at the beach the poolside chairs were perfect!
Normally the first thing we purchase when on trips is water! The hotel gifted us water bottles and the water available was perfect!

I’ve been to Waikiki many times, I’m a Marriott person so we’ve stayed at all of those (Sheraton is our favorite here). But for the money, this place is perfect. Great location, decent pool with all day sun, nice restaurant / bar, gym is decent, and the lobby was a cool vibe all day. What a find!

Very nice but older hotel (built in 1967). Recently updated and seems well managed. Enjoyed our stay and service was good at front desk, valet, room keeping and restaurants. Great location and views from upper floors toward Diamond Head!

Great location, easy to walk to dinner/beach/drinks/park. Restaurant & coffee shops were fabulous! Rooms need some updating but overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an expensive hotel that has excessive fees of two deferent types. We were there on a layover for about 8 hours. We paid $360. The place was loud, had dirty carpets, and there was a light shining into our room all night with the shades closed. Terrible value.

While I appreciate the efforts of you staff I must express my disappointment with accommodations. I had specifically booked and paid for an ocean view but unfortunately I was assigned a room with a city and trees view instead. I understand that situations may arise but I believe it's crucial to ensure that guests receive the room type they have reserved and fully pay.

Great location, free beach chairs and towels. Pool area views are great, though small. Gym equipment is excellent. There is only a fridge in the room, but we found a microwave on the second floor common area. Free parking a short walk away on Monserrat st, never had an issue finding a spot.
We stayed on the second floor in an 'upgraded' room with 2 queen beds instead of the king we requested. It was very loud at night - lots of garbage trucks every single night. But was convenient to use the stairs instead of slow elevators.
I think next time I would stay in an airbnb at one of the other properties nearby for real pictures of the room and choice on floor level for better sleep - but if you choose a room thats not the lowest price tier you might have the perfect experience!
