The property wasn't as clean as it should be,the sofa needs to be deep cleaned or redone , cushions were stained dirty.Tub area needs a good scrub.The condo was comfortable but tv in bedroom didn't work and living room had to be fixed ...not enough pots and pans or measuring cups to make breakfast much less a dinner ....at the price I paid should have been better than it is

Really enjoyed staying at Waikiki Shore. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and living room made our trip so much more fun and easier to get everyone ready to go in the morning.

It is an excellent location right at the beach and able to use the amenities next door at the Outrigger Reef. The things we didn't like: Because the unit is not managed at the property, the security/property manager refused to help us with anything (e.g. would not except a delivery at the front desk). The furnishings are not at all comfortable. We used bed pillows on the chairs so we could sit in them. We also drug the inside chairs outside onto the balcony because the seating outside was so uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend for anyone who wants to spend any time at all at the room.

I sent an email 2 days ago. I got crickets….. our room is not an ocean view. It’s not a 1 bedroom, there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The appliances are from 1985. The ac sometime works the fridge is leaking but hey you guys got my money.

13 floor beach location, excellent view of beach and Wakiki hotels. Close to Hilton Lagoon. Would recommend this property as the place to stay, two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great location. You have to check in at a different location and like most rentals the furniture could use an upgrade. Kitchen was upgraded. View was awesome. Overall I would probably stay there again.

The check in at Royal was good but no Place to park. Power was shutting off the night we arrived no warning. No valet parking limited if available in the whole area. Window blinds old and broken caused frustration. No real beach sand for families. Perfect location for town Jacque at Royal at check in was our life saver He was so helpful or our vacation would not have started out good. I can’t thank him enough. I had a broken rib and found out no parking as advertised. He helped us with the impossible.parking do I could be dropped off. Condo was excellent if you didn’t have to fight with broken window blinds. Need a better check out to leave keys and gate remote especially if parked in the basement add 30 extra minutes just for that.

The office is under construction so the check in process was weird, we has to drive down the road to check in/out. And during the day there was quite a lot of sanding and other construction sounds. One of the elevators was also not working, so the one working elevator was typically very slow and busy. Besides those things, our room was nice, the balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, and i love that we could walk right out of the hotel and onto the beach. There are also stores and restaurants right under the hotel, which was very convenient. I would stay here again.

The view during our stay was fabulous , the balcony view was amazing overlooking a park and the army museum , it was super quiet especially for the beginning of summer, all the fancy shops and local ABC shops as well as anything you could possibly want to buy or eat were like 5 - 10 minutes walk. The check in process was a short 3 min walk to pick up the keys , most of the staff at the place were super friendly and helpful , however the property itself has several companies that rent at the same building , so the staff in the downstairs office only deal with residences with Coral castle or something with a name like that , when I asked a question regarding guest parking the morning of our checkout the heavier set middle aged man was EXTREMELY rude and condescending he wouldn’t answer any questions and just repeatedly said “ you need to go to outrigger you’re with outrigger byeeeee bye bye now bye I have nothing to do with you “ the issue was all the guest parking was taken by construction trucks , so his attitude and brush off condescending way of talking was completely out of line !, aside from that the rest of our trip was picture perfect , coffee at sunrise and drinks at sunset , the comfort of the room and amenities like beach chairs and beach floaters and beach towels was great !, the only part of the room that showed any wear and tear was the hanging blinds , but we would definitely book this spot again !, the lobby construction says it will be finished in 2023 nov.

Property location and view was the only positive aspect. The room itself was completely outdated, in poor condition and didn’t appear as it did in the photos given on the website. Was very disappointed in the quality and size of the room as well as it’s over all condition. AC didn’t work very well, blinds on the windows were broken and hardly covered the windows for privacy. Fridge was dirty and unsanitary and the single lock on the door to the room didn’t seem to provide much security. A maintenance man just walked in unannounced the first day we checked in to paint a door in the property. If it wasn’t for the convenient location of the hotel and the view from the room then the stay would have been a complete fail.

The appliances in the apartment are very old and rickety. My daughter turned on the water on the fridge and it leaked all over the floor. One of the air conditioners broke down and spewed black liquid all over the bed. They fixed the air conditioner but there were no extra sheets in the apartment to change the bed. The location is great but the appliances are all old and apartment was not well supplied

There is a robust night life nearby which all could here. The condo does not provide bowls. We had to use the mixing bowls and saucepans to eat out of. The plates are ceramic, and we weren't sure if they were microwaveable, so we didn't put them in there. Something like Corelle would be nice. Being located right on the beach was nice and it is next to one of the jetties, so the waves are good too. Had the wheelchair with but it couldn't fit into the bathroom. I can stand so this was ok

Pros : It was nice having the beach by the hotel, but not a very kid friendly beach. I did like the private garage for guest only. Also it was in a great location. Cons: First of all no main lobby on site. I had to walk to the regency to check in and check out. Rooms were outdated and small. I completely disliked sharing the elevator with housekeeping and waiting for one elevator took forever. I was very disappointed with the pool, first for not having one in the property and second it was too deep for kids and non-swimmers. The furniture was a bit old and dusty at arrival. We did not have "PRIVILEGES" to new set of towels. (According to who ever answer the phone only certain rooms have PRIVILEGES to new towels). And lets not forget it was almost impossible getting someone by phone for customer service. Overall i will NEVER go back to this property.

This condo is right in the beach and provides for great views of the water and sunsets! Hard to keep clean as with all condos on the beach but it was very accommodating for our stay.

The location was perfect! When I arrived the air conditioning wasn't working and, for the duration, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Having expectations of a bathtub, I was disappointed to find a half-tub instead. It was good having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Don't forget to bring your own spices, including salt and pepper. I'd stay again, but in a different unit for sure.

The location was great but the property had limited amenities. At night the beach attracts homeless locals who scream and yell at tourists. There are also random explosions several times a night. Needless to say nighttime rest is very limited

Loved the view and the location was right by the water. Horrible WIFI, super slow. the beach in front has a lot of rocks which makes it so hard to be in the water. The furnitures are a bit worn out in the unit we stayed.

location would be the only great thing about this property. Parking is horrible, just like any hotel in Waikiki,. One bad thing about this hotel is their security. The two security guards are intimating, unprofessional, threaten guest that they will tow their car; meanwhile, he broke the hotel rule by parking at the 15 minutes unloading area for the entire night.. Sometimes when people worked there for decades, they feel too comfortable to the point where they act like they own the building. He writes warning tickets to people who parked their car 1/2 inch off the white bracket line.. it is absolutely unnecessary and rude. We paid few thousand dollars to be here and be treated as if we are being micromanaged and rude during the entire stay. I would say Stay away, no view can substitute this rudeness, not to mentioned the room is dated and unclean upon arrival. Upon arrival to the hotel, I also paid a $328 cleaning fee which the room was dirty when I arrived, I found hair and crumbs on the floor. I ended up cleaning the entire place before letting my family in.

This place was right on the beach. Perfect location with a AMAZING view of Diamond Head. Super close to everything. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Large deck with a great view of the park. Seen lots of rainbows from our deck. Some furniture was dated and only really big complaint is that the bed was hard. Parking was convenient in the garage for a daily fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t bother. Stay in a hotel.
The room itself is great. The hospitality may have been the worst I’ve ever experienced. Check in is not in the building and the staff on site will not answer questions because you are technically an outrigger guest… not waikiki shores. Yes the room is owned by another entity so it is very confusing. Not only will they not help but are outright rude. Your check in and out is a block away. They give you a number to call for any assistance but you call and they call you back when able (was told once within an hour!) no room cleaning and you take out the garbage yourself. Toilet in room runs unless you jiggle the handle. They skimp you on detergent. Parking and cleaning fees are too high. Just outside of the hotel to the right is a public bathroom where a lot of homeless people hang out and there’s some prostituting happening. Ruins the vibe to say the least. Very little beachfront. In hindsight would have much rather stayed in a proper hotel.

This property was in the perfect location with the best ocean view. However it was slightly outdated and check in was inconvenient. Our cable cut out several times and we even got locked out once. Parking also costs 35 a day which was not mentioned.

Great location, enjoyable stay
The check-in is located at another nearby location. For military affiliated travelers parking at Fort Derussy is close and reasonable, otherwise $39/day at the location you check in with which is a block away. Overall the location is great, views are perfect. The condo was aging a bit and had a leaking toilet coupled with a strange checkout process stop me from calling the stay excellent. The front desk on site is not outrigger managed so they people there aren’t much help but again you are literally on the beach.

The room has a beautiful view, kitchen was fully functional bathrooms are spacious and washed and dryer are very handy. The room has beach chairs and snorkeling gear felt just like home. Parking is a block away but not so bad.
