We had a great experience. They upgraded us to a suite free of charge because they said our room wasn't ready. It was an amazing room with a huge balcony overlooking the hottub area. It is a fun, smaller hotel off the main drag of waikiki where you can walk to everything. The pool area is fun and cute! They also held out bags and let us hang out at the pool after checkout because our flight didn't leave until night time. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

This facility is a little bit of a catfish. The rooms don’t look like the pictures shown. The pool area and bar are probably the area that looks most like the pictures. The jacuzzi was not working the first 2 days we were there and we had rainy days so it would have been nice to have it working. There is no elevator as a warning. Our family had 2 separate rooms in one of the rooms had bugs on the bed so please check beds upon arrival. Overall it was an ok experience, the staff was always so helpful, they quickly solved the bug situation and got another room ready. The location was great walking distance to the beach and all the stores too might need to get to.

The staff as a whole were very helpful. Super convenient area. About .25 miss away from the beach. The security deposit is a lot cheaper than any other location that I researched. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot parking space so you’ll have to park at another location and walk there. Also, the hotel itself looks a little dated….nice theme but dated. In all I did have a nice stay however, because of the hassle of parking I’ll probably stay elsewhere.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon check in, we were told they were sold out of hotel parking and had to park else where. They provided us with several “sister hotels” to park at of which were even more expensive to park at and you had to walk a bit to even get there. All the parking garages were small and we kept scraping our car. Then, we got to our room which was on the first floor (they also don’t have elevators anywhere so it’s a not accessible friendly) and sure enough there was a HUGE dead roach in front of our door as well as inside our room. We really tried to look past it, but later than night our neighbors were so loud along with the live entertainment. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone at every time. On our second day, my partner and I were getting ready and as she was talking the largest LIVE roach I’ve ever seen crawls past her on the wall. We immediately asked to switch rooms to a higher floor. The staff was rude and didn’t even apologize for what happen. They were SO unfazed. Once we moved up stairs there was no bugs but we were so paranoid. The pool and other amenities weren’t anything like the photos either, it seriously looked like a motel. Worst thing ever.

The staff was friendly and helpful. RJ was especially attentive and gladly and happily helped bring our bags up the three floors to our room. And then we talked about surfing, surfboard shapers, and waves. Only thing that was a little surprising is having to pay an extra $40 to park overnight- so we just returned our rental a day early and walked everywhere. But staff was great, funky vibe was appreciated, and location was great for getting around.

Room was old and smelled a very musty. There were no comforters, just thin sheets. You could hear people in hallways, in rooms by you? In a floor above you walking/talking. I enjoy a boutique hotel however this one (while the pool/bar was cute and had a good vibe) the rooms were not great. Definitely a very outdated place.

Very noisy!! We got the worst room in the entire hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor above the restaurant which was blasting music until 2am every night. It was so loud, I could hear the lyrics. We could hear music from the pool area as well. The room was also situated next the staircase so we could hear everyone’s conversation who was passing by. On the first night, there was no hot water too so we had to shower with cold water. The hotel, pool, and bar area was nice but overall, not the most peaceful stay for our last night in Hawaii.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. It was less expensive but when you purchase on Expedia they put you in a room where your view is an apartment building in complete disrepair. The area is filled with police responding to calls. The beach is walkable from the hotel by several blocks and there are ample restaurants nearby. The bar by the pool is fun with swings and that was the only positive thing we experienced. If we go back to Waikiki we would pay the extra money for a resort on the beach.

Upon arrival we were told that there would be no hot water for our first 2 days. 2 days later we were still “suffering” through cold showers & just wing our bodies down with cold washcloths. Not ok. When we inquired about it after the 2 days they kept putting it off. We checked in on Saturday & never had a comfortable shower, the water was cold for all 5 days. I remained cool about it but was quite disappointed, I felt like they just kept leading us to believe it was going to be fixed soon. The hotel is very cute. The common areas feel unclean but I just accepted it. The vibe was chill & the staff was nice yet blasé.

It’s a cute little hotel tucked away in Waikiki. Nice vintage vibes, less crowds, nothing fancy, and neat hidden bar. This place is for the simple traveler. My only complaints are that walls are thin, so I could hear the neighbors. There’s also no blanket on the beds. Just a sheet to cover yourself. No elevator and extremely limited parking. I’d still recommend, just for it being less crowded. Everything is in close distance.

Good location for a 3-start hotel. Very walkable to everything, except there is a bar next door with CBD smokers, bikers watching you walk by and talking on the street 24 hours. Staffs are very friendly but not efficient, took me 40 minutes to got checked into a room not cleaned. Good Amenity on site, beautiful Pool but no elevator, people sit and chat on the staircase all night, and you can hear every word inside your room. The Beds are very comfy, no blankets, Showers are very small but very powerful. We booked 2 rooms with same lever and price, one got kitchenet amenity and the other one doesn’t. I never stepped on the balcony because it is facing a busy parking lot of another building where people can watch you from all directions.

The hotel was filthy, the bathroom door couldn’t close, no air conditioning, food is inedible, on a loud street, next to a very unsafe bar. That’s just the beginning…..I have pictures but apparently I can’t post them here.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! The pool area, and bar “Heyday” ended up being my fave spot in town. Whether I was plopped on a lounger in front of pool, or sitting on a swing at the bar chatting with Zack (awesome bartender) I was content here. The happy hour deals are amazing too. A bottle of wine for $25 from 12-6? HUGE deal! Thank you! I’ll stay here again😀
