The parking structure and elevators take a while to navigate. The room was somewhat spacious and the bathroom was ok. It could use an update/ renovation. This is in downtown Honolulu, do not expect “Hawaii” at this location. Was it worth the “discount” price that enticed me to book it? Meh, I’d rather have stayed in Waikiki. Would I stay there again? I’d prefer not to. Would I recommend it to others? Most likely not.

If I could give a 0 I would. I was absolutely flabbergasted at how old, dirty, rundown, and dated the room was. There was wallpaper pealing with cobwebs in the corners, carpet that was coming up at the corners and bubbles in the middle from age and need of replacement. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is for the usage of the rooftop pool. When we got ready to use the pool, we found out that it was closed. The pictures on the website are hundred percent misleading and must be rooms that have been updated. Upon our departure of the hotel, we were getting cleaned up and had zero hot water. I called down to the front desk and they said they were working on the hot water heater and it would be several hours before it was fixed. We took cold showers… The view from our window was nice overlooking the city, but the windows were filthy dirty so really we were looking through a bunch of smudged glass. At a younger age, I have stayed at Motel sixes that were nicer and cleaner and more up-to-date than this place. Absolute horrific experience. Buyer beware.

I got the room with spectacular view of the harbor. Room was spacious and clean, all equipped kitchen with living room. small bathroom though. But overall was great. I would go back there and stay for a few days. I only stayed there one night and I didn’t get enough.

Hotel was nice and clean for the most part. The restaurant was never open (maybe permanently closed) we found several baby cockroaches in our room and our keys consistently stopped working.

It is an older property and it is half hotel and half condos. It didn’t offer much of amenities but it provided clean room and bed. Parking on property costs a lot but garage is attached to hotel and you can safely go from room to parking garage. Not a Marriott or Hilton but definitely a good safe option to stay.

We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice with great views of downtown. Walking distance to botanical gardens, water, and other attractions. For the price and location near cruise ship port it was perfect. Starbucks, Bagel shop, great pizza pub and stores nearby

The room was really nice, the view was nice as well. However it was hard to find the entrance and there were some sketchy people by the entrance. There was a hair in the bathtub when I first got there and the water was really cold even if I turned on the hot water. The issue resolved later though. Didn’t like how they didn’t have some amnesties like hairbrushes and razors. There was construction like noises during the day which disturbed me. Otherwise it was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and very nice

Hotel Anniston was good but need renewal. Looks pretty old. parking lot is very big and easy to park there but it’s very expensive 34 dollar per day.

The staff was polite, accommodating, and went out of their way to help get us settled in and, later, checked out. The desk manager even volunteered to make arrangements for a cab when we noted we were having trouble getting through. If there was any shortcoming it was completely overshadowed by the professionalism of the people you have on staff.

The bedding was old. The air conditioner didin't work. The furniture was very old and felt like left overs or deals they got and put them in the room. The T.V. did not work. The hallways smelled and the rugs looks ancient.

There was no hot water to take a shower at 6:30am. After running the water for literally 5 min and taking a cold shower, another 5-10 min, still no hot water. After my cold shower, i turn on the sink faucet and all of a sudden warm water came out. Checked the shower again, hot water comes out after 5 seconds. But it was too late, I already took a freezing shower.

The rooms are very old TV did not work The AC was out , we a had a rom with 2 beds,when they changed us room it only had one bed The guy says as a courtesy he would not charge for a rollaway as if he was doing us a favor We paid for a room with 2 beds ! The surrounding area is full of homeless people. The room I was in was dusty. Luckily the staff was nice. I would stay in Waikiki and not anywhere near the downtown area.

The view was off the charts and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean enough but this hotel needs to do some major updating. They are stuck in the 90s with the fixtures and tub. The tub jets look kinda gross with what seems to be black mold. There needs to have some better upkeep, however it is not a deterrent for me to stay there again. Oh and supplying paper towels would be nice.

This property is comforable. The lobby was a bit hard to get to if you have many luggages. Not enough signage to tell you where to go. Convenient location. I didn't like the staff - not helpful, we booked a king room but they gave us a queen room - too bad they are fully booked and no price adjustments given.

This property at one time was probably very nice, however it has gone down hill. The condition of the walls, carpet and furniture are less than satisfactory. In addition the surrounding area has a fair share of homeless and appears unsafe. Would not recommend for families.

It was misrepresented as the room my friend and I both requested and booked was the same but neither looked like this as it is not an actual room available. It was dirty and location felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Ocean view was actually harbor view and unless you were a higher floor very little water viewable. It smelled so bad that we couldn’t even stand to hang out in the room. Pool was like an old city pool and the hot tub was closed with caution tape. Hotel restaurant was closed. Ultimately super disappointed in this stay. It really made the last part of our vacation not as enjoyable because due to the smell we couldn’t just relax in our room. We couldn’t even have our friends hang out in our room because it stunk so bad it was unbearable. Big disappointment
