A hotel right on the beach

Room is well appointed and appears to be recently refurbished. The rest of the hotel is a little oitdated. Hotel gets the basics right, good service, excellent door valet and door service, good service from main reception (after a poor checkin they really went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied), however you do get the sense when you have walked in that this hotel really only caters for the Japanese tourist as opposed to everyone else. The breakfast is also not up to standard. You are better off eating a few doors down than spending money on the breakfast.

Thank you for sharing your review. I am glad that you were pleased with the newly remodeled rooms, our service, location, and amenities. I am sorry that you were not pleased with the breakfast buffet or the attention given you by our team. We want each of our guests to feel our spirit of aloha when they stay with us. We failed to touch you in a way that gave you the feeling of being more important and I regret we missed that opportunity. This is definitely something I will share with our associates and I hope that you will consider giving us another try in the future.
