We were in the Tower, 13th floor. Partial view and it was great. We saw the sunsets from our room. Room was clean. We ordered 2 types of flower arrangements for our anniversary but it was not in the room when we checked in.
Front desk check-in is slow and next few days when we needed service from front desk, there was always a line due to only 2 people working at the desk.
Valet service was good but to get your car back took 10-15 min since it was parked in the Princess Kualani across the street. We self-parked after the first day.
Beach Bar-night service was awful and slow. We sat at the bar instead of one of the tables under the Banyan Tree for an actual service.
Loved the rocking chairs on the front.
Beach location was perfect and views of Diamond Head beautiful.
