The property was fine minus the bathroom floor. It appeared stained from years of use. Front desk staff were not very helpful. Multiple days they told us they ran out of beach towels and chairs without any resolution. What did we pay the resort fee then?

Really nice hotel, staff are lovely with good amenities. As someone who burns easily, I really appreciated the aloe vera dispensers by the pool. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the room cleaners repeatedly forgot to replace our towels after taking them away and also took away one of our bathrobes which is explicitly told will cost you $150 if not in the room when leaving. I’m sure just a friendly mistake, other than that, I would definitely recommend.

It exceeded our expectations! The staff was so nice, polite and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. Pool area was so relaxing and quiet even being in the middle of town! Would definitely come back!

The decor is very cute. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They even had boogie boards that you could rent (for free!) and bring to the beach. Walking distance from Waikiki beach which was nice! Overall I would stay there again

Newly renovated hotel in an old building. Chic decor, amazing restaurant and great pool. Only down side was the windows/doors in the room need to be replaced so they rattle with the wind. Would absolutely stay here again!

A little of a walk from the beach & shopping. The room is also in the small side so if you’re traveling with a big luggage, space will be tight. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel with good location & reasonable price.

Just a side note, there is no coffee maker in their rooms (at least the room that we stayed in), and they don’t have a complementary coffee at their lobby as it says on their hotel details on Expedia. Hope they’ve corrected that wrong info.

Our recent stay at Wayfinder in Honolulu was a mixed experience. The staff were notably polite and accommodating, swiftly addressing any issues that arose. When I called the lobby about drainage problems in the bathroom, they promptly sent someone to fix it, and the matter was resolved within minutes. However, there were significant drawbacks to my stay as well. The internet connection in the room was very poor, with almost no signal and severe lag, making it difficult to accomplish even basic tasks online. Additionally, when I requested room cleaning on the third day of my stay, I was disappointed by the quality of the service.It felt rushed and incomplete. Also the room didn't look as good as the pictures online. Overall, it was okay, but there's room for improvement.

This property was a delight and perfect for our Honolulu stop over. Fantastic pool, great cocktails, family friendly vibe and beautiful lobby. The rooms were quite small so perfect for a short stay.

The property is cute and clean and fun. I appreciated the free welcome drink at the pool bar. The rooms are loud though! Road noise and a loud buzzing about every hour that woke us up all night. Also the pillows are too soft in my opinion. The parking is also way too expensive $45.

Food was fantastic. Try the rising sun poke. Probably the best Poke we had throughout our stay. Hotel was clean and convenient. Parking sucks. On street parking is available but fills up super fast. Onsite parking is limited and is 45$ a night which seemed steep. Overall, would highly recomend the hotel.

We had a very nice stay at this property. But we asked to change room as we originally were in a corner king balcony room which was not clean and very noisy with road noise outside. We were given a pool side room and had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable room, it was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we loved the pool and had a very nice lunch at the restaurant and drinks by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay but it depends on what room you get. Easy walkable distance to the beach, ABC store nearby.

This was such a nice place to stay...out of the busyness of the main area, but within walking distance to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. A delicious dining option and a restful pool setting. Nice amenities in the room-including comfortable robes. A repeat, for sure.

Nice botique feel, good pool area, service very good. Main issue I had was the electrical/lights. The light switches are on cords and hide/fall behind the tables making it hard to find and turn on/off. This was especially a problem when I first walked into the dark room--you have to put your key into a slot to get them turned on but they also have to be turned on.

We had a truly wonderful time at the Wayfinder. It was stylish, conveniently located, comfy, and beautiful. Just one note for management: Your gorgeous pool is kept way too cold! We wanted to swim and splash for a while, but it was just too chilly. Please consider raising the temp so guests can enjoy it more :)

The rooms need a renovation but get the job done. No real good view from this hotel but if you rent a car while out in Honolulu you'd be able to see all the views you wish for. The staff is super friendly

The bed and the staff were the best part of this stay. Sadly, there was mold growing on the ceiling and wall by the safe. Hallway and elevator noises were loud. Also, the air conditioner made a loud groaning sound periodically. Definitely not a VIP stay.

Property is close to Waikiki center and a few blocks from the beach. Pool and hot tub nice relaxing vibe, with bar and restaurant close by. Room is a little on the smaller side but very comfy and clean. Hotel staff are very nice and welcoming!

This was my first time in Hawaii and the Wayfinder waikiki was the perfect hotel to stay in. Its right next to the Ala Moana canal, which has a great view. The hotel is down the street from a convenient store, and 2 blocks from tje beach. I would stay here again. The only complaint i had was the smell of the room. There was definitely moisture in the air, but i didnt spot any mold or mildew. I just sprayed lysol and opened the balcony door and the smell was gone.

My corner room with a view on the 3rd floor looked over the back of apartment buildings and the A/C unit. The bathroom was quite outdated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing, the place was nice and was clean. The staff was very friendly and gave us a complimentary gift since we were celebrating. Only issue we had was getting an Iron to our room, we had to ask 4 times before one was delivered to the room. Also wish there was a self parking option instead of valet.
