Sufficient, but disappointed

Front desk staff very pleasant. Easy check-in/check-out. Breakfast was good. Room size was great. But...room had a horrible musty smell (which we determined was coming from the standing water in the bathtub- water is unable to fully drain due to sunken tub belly). It doesn't help either that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom! Carpet had some crumbs and needed vacuumed. Hot tub was closed/not working. Pool area was very small, especially for the size of the hotel. We ended up avoiding the pool all together because there were several kids in it already being kids (splashing around and very loud).

Easy check in. My room was amazing. Nice soft bed. The room was very clean.

Nice Hotel close to all the shopping stores

My stay was Wonderful and my room was so Homely and Comfortable.The bed was so soft I really Enjoyed the Pool and Hot Tub. I will Highly Recommend your Hotel to anyone.

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very sweet and accommodating. We went with another family and in total we had 4 kids under 6 staying with us and the staff was great with our kids and their noise. We were visiting in the lobby and a staff person brought paper and markers for them to color with. When we asked for an extra blanket and pillow they were very prompt at bringing it to us. We never came across a rude staff except for my husband at breakfast. A staff person rudely scolded him for using the wrong spoon to dish something out. Also, we were not overly impressed with the breakfast selection but for free breakfast we can't complain. Overall for the two nights we stayed we had great service and a nice stay.

Location: Oakbrook mall across the strreet, easy access to major highways and airport
Really friendly, cosy and comfortable, home away from home

Great family hotel.

The room was very well planed. It's quite big. The kitchen is like you are home. The only downside is $100 pet fee. It could be less.
