Nice place, great space in room. We asked for early check in and the planned room wasn't ready, front desk staff voluntarily changed the room to one floor below to accommodate us checking in early; thank you. We checked in, got situated and then took off for some afternoon family activities in town. We got back and our room keys did not work, turns out another group was checked into our room and actually walked into our room with our belongings! They were moved elsewhere and our keys had to be reset. The new front desk person asked why we were in the incorrect room...lack of communication. Later we asked for a blanket for our son, told it would be brought up, an hour later we had to walk down to get the blanket. Two days later we asked if housekeeping would to a light cleaning of the room, it wasn't done. When we asked about it, the housekeeping manager said she would do it herself. It was done that afternoon and card was left on the table stating that the room was RE-CLEANED and a little business size card was in the greeting card with a QR code on how to leave a tip! Would be happy to leave a tip if we didn't need to beg to have housekeeping assistance. Overall a disappointing stay, though the room was nice and location was convienent for our purposes.
