I booked 2 rooms at this hotel via Expedia, but 10 minutes later we read the confirm email and realized we messed up on the date and it rescheduled to the day we booked instead of Sept. 3-4, like we intended. We called Expedia first, they told us should discuss with hotel. Then we call the hotel, told them the wrong dayte and asked to change date. The officer said it is full that day . We asked to cancel. She said there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. The next day we call the hotel again they still said no return the fee. We booked two rooms we hope they could charge one fee, but they still refused to refund.This hotel is not recommended for customers , all they think about is money. so we will no longer live in this hotel.

Cruel hotel service

Enjoyed our stay; staff was very helpful/accommodating & the breakfast included was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family for the weekend

Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat after a day of traveling around the island.
Cons: The breakfast area was a bit congested in the morning. We ate in our rooms, which was no big deal.
Location: The location is a perfect because of its location. You can spend one day at deception pass and the next at Fort Casey/Coupeville/Langley.
We needed a hotel for a one-night stay for the weekend on Whidbey Island. I landed on this hotel based on its price (it was the cheapest available that was still open) and because I'd heard great things and had stayed at other hotels in the area that I wasn't so impressed with. The pool and hot tub were a big perk (and not available at other hotels in the area). The included breakfast was also nice for the family. Made it really easy to grab a bite and go in the morning.

Nice Hotel wooded setting

Pros: comfortable bed
Cons: upstairs was a little noisy
Location: wooded setting, cooling on a warm summer day
Nice hotel in a wooded setting, upstairs was a little noisy but no traffic noise, etc... Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

very clean and quiet

Cons: Provide hot chocolate year-around
Location: Your are located in the heart of the city with everything within easy driving distance
I enjoyed my stay but since I am neither a coffee or tea drinker I did not have hot chocolate available. I understand it is available only during the winter months. That is my only complaint. Everything else was lovely!!

Horrible room

We booked long before our vacation only to receive the worst location of room. Right next to office and sliding door right in front of office... people getting out of car looking right into room. Staff not friendly!

Nice Hotel with Friendly staff

Pros: The breakfast. I would call it Deluxe breakfast instead of Continental. It was more than just cereal and toast. Surprised at how well done it was.
Cons: The mattresses. They were not comfortable.
Location: Good location with lots of restaurants nearby.
Stayed there for a couple of nites. Check in and check out was quick. Staff were very friendly. Loved the breakfast spread. Everything you wanted was available. Food was always warm and plentiful!
