“We enjoyed our stay and love what the family has done with this property. We would recommend carpet or thick rugs for the upstairs units to help reduce noise. The first night wasn’t bad because the unit above us was empty but the second night was loud. Luckily we are both heavy sleepers so we made it work. Also, some of the towels were dirty and the extra blankets and sheets were dirty. That’s on the cleaning service not the owner. Overall we would stay there again. ”

“Convenient parking and location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including parks for our toddler to play. The pack n play and baby gate were very much appreciated when traveling with a little. We did run out of toilet paper, however we were just a short walk from CVS so not a big deal. The host was able to drop some by our door later that evening. The outdoor space could use some attention, but being November, it probably doesn’t get much use. Overall the location was perfect……

“We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was clean and well-appointed and the location was convenient for access to the amazing Spring warbler migration on Lake Erie! We appreciated the fenced yard for our pup, who'd spent 5 days on the road getting to Post Clinton and was ready to stretch his legs. In the evening we went into town and enjoyed the sunset with a walk in the lighthouse area. This home is a great option in a wonderful area”

“Massive space for the money. Kitchen was dine in and there is a dining... full 2nd flr apartment. Of course, old frame house so a bit rough around the edges but was comfortable and w great access. Easy street parking. Wakable neighborhood.”

“5 stars! Check in was a breeze, great communication with the host, Dave. Very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well provided with coffee, tea and a bonus of snacks on the counter! The Bedroom was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. The living room was charming, felt very welcoming. Also, I the back patio. It was great for morning coffee or evening beverages and conversation.The mural added to the overall charm of the place. Oh, and there is additional seating on the……
