The problem is their bedding. It’s synthetic so you wake up sweating and then you get cold…then you wake up again sweaty. They need breathable bedding. Our shower floor was also greasy which was kinda gross. Food was really expensive but not great.

The hotel room was spotless—modern yet stylish and inviting. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The staff were all great! It was winter so it was quiet however the one afternoon I wanted to get in the heated pool it was all locked so that was disappointing. The room had a lot of stains on the chairs and area rugs but overall it was a good stay and in a pretty great location in downtown.

Place was just ok. Not what you expect from prices that high(the room & anything on property). Also the $30 a day resort fee and $37 a day parking fee are laughable. Won’t go back to a Gaylord.
