I tried to get partial refund or credit due to an emergency. I talked to multiple members and let them know we checked out. Tried to get ahold of manager. Was never available until the day our reservation ended. She contacted them and said we didnt check out so she would not refund. Poor customer service. Will never stay with them again.

Room had been updated with new floors which is nice. The room was clean, good lighting and vent in the bathroom. Breakfast staff was very nice with a good breakfast selection, and large lobby/eating area. The negatives – even though the room was clean, the hallways, elevator areas, and outside entrance were dirty. The toilet was very slow to flush, and sometimes did not work. Heat/ac unit was loud.

The staff was excellent but the inn is under construction and it is not finished. My first room, the bathroom had broken tile and dirty tub. But the staff gave me a new room with an upgrade. That room was clean and ready for guests. Staff was so helpfy

Great affordable stay
Had a great stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but clean. Breakfast served had variety and tasted great. Exercise room had stationery bike, treadmill, elliptical, and dumbbells.

Leak from shower ceiling. Cleanliness was not great when it comes to dust in areas that shouldn’t be dusty. There’s a 1” gap between the room door and the floor leaving the feel of the room not entirely private. Staff was pleasant. I didn’t have time to relocate to a new room.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in Comfort Inn. Furniture in room was rough and damaged. Sofa stained. Tub drain was very slow and toilet clogged. Only one ice machine in entire 5 stories worked. It was on the 1st floor and we were on 5th. The smoke alarm was missing and walls had numerous crudely patched holes. This is my second disappointing stay in a Comfort inn on this trip. I won’t be booking with them again.

As soon as we checked in and went into our room the fire alarms went off and no staff spoke to us. The sheets of the bed smelled clean but seemed to be stained yellow in some spots which kinda grossed me out some. An older staff lady at night behind the desk was very sweet tho and gave me some tooth brushes and tooth paste when I asked.

I believe it’s going to get better.
I believe it will get better, it appears they’ve been renovating. Our room had new floors but the tables and dressers were very old and worn. The elevator was really dirty, the room felt clean enough though. Right now I wouldn’t want to stay there for a week, but for a one night stopover it’s fine.

Everything about the stay was fine, except when I arrived there I was told I had to pay an extra 100$ deposit because i lived within 50 miles of the address and there was no mention of that anywhere while making the reservation. It ruined my entire experience and I will never be staying at comfort inn oak ridge again.

We were greeted kindly, however the hotel in general was not well maintained and smelled very heavuly of weed in the hallways and directly outside the building. Room was not very clean (sheets had dirt on them and bathroom was not in great condition. The toilet was runnung all night).
