This was a perfect place to stay when on business in Berkeley. Really nice rooms with recent renovations and lots of amenities for the business traveller. I liked that they had local kombucha in the lobby, Keurig maker in the room, and offered a free bike loan during the day!

The property was clean, staff friendly, and room was nice. The only problem is that the closed windows let in too much sound and I was woken up at 5:30 am by noisy vehicles on the busy street. Probably won’t stay here again because of the noise issues

Not too far from the campus - especially if you like a bit of walking in the mornings as I do. Also, bus stops are super close. The rooms are clean, seem rather new, and modern. If you get easily woken up by traffic, bring some ear plugs.

I loved this hotel until they lost power. It was not their fault but they were unprepared. No emergency lighting in the stairwells. They should have had a generator to provide basic heat and hot water. No offer of compensation was made for the inconvenience of no heat and cold showers. Poor care all around.
