Between you (Expedia) and the hotel, you SHOULD make it very clear that parking is NOT included.
It was strange to come to a hotel that is NOT in a downtown and be asked another $20 for parking.
After some complaining they gave it for me for free but the whole thing was NOT pleasant.
On top of it, their management of the parking is below standard.
They said that my room card would open the parking gates. It did not. Had to go back to the lobby and get an other special card for the parking.
