We will be back

We booked very last minute because the motel we had originally booked was a disaster and we ended up checking out early.... the booking was easy no problems at check in, the room was nice and comfy quiet well the first night, the second night we had some inconsiderate noise upstairs neighbors but concierge took care of it for us right away, and the plus is that it's right behind the Raiders facility that was a wonderful surprise for me since I'm a Raiders fan.

Didn't like it.

I stayed there for three nights and it was the worst place I stayed at. The receptionist Was never in the front desk we called her to get towels for two days till I got upset and had to go there and ask hem for some. Very unprofessional works. The room smelled like smoke I was next to a person who had a dog and barked all nigh and couldn't sleep it was the worst three days.

Ok for an extended stay

The hallways smelled like musty paint. The room smelled like smoke. Other than that it was fine.

Great for family

Pros: Clean
Location: Next to the Raider's headquarters and Oakland airport
The staff was so friendly, the location was out of the busy city, spacious, working kitchen and fridge... great for the family. My only complaint is that the bed was hard. I shouldn't complain, it mainly felt new.

Hallways smelled like 50 year old carpet soiled with cigarette smoke. Room 122 had a sour smell to the room. Complimentary breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, and coffee. You get what you pay for. Do not recommend.

Not going back

The night I arrived I asked if coffee was available and the lady handed me the nastiest coffee pot to take to my room, no coffee and no soap, no dishes of any kind in the kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable but they never touched it the whole week.

My third visit

It's perfect for our needs. Close for visiting family a mile away. A kitchenette and Safeway close, and pet friendly. Will return again and again.

Good place

Great place but no restaurants or grocery stores near . Staff was friendly, checked in an extra night past midnight and no one was there to check us in
