Hotel is geared towards serving welfare recipients

Room was depressing dark walls etc. had to request plates, flatware, pots and pans. Not provider with a personal coffee maker. Also not provided with dish detergent, towel or dish cloth. Maid service only provided if stay is 7 days. We were not advised up front of that. Pillows were useless, not firm at all! MSNBC was or a network option on the tv, very disappointing during this election season.
