Never again

I had a late check in due to traveling for work. Lighting in parking lot is was terrible. As a female I was concerned for my safety. I was advised of the breakfast schedule and given my key. I got in the elevator and it was dirty and had a bad odor. As I got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, the odor was overwhelming. I thought it was fluke and maybe only that night. Nope, same the next night and the rest of my week. I held my breath as I got off the elevator every night. I called downstairs one morning because I needed more shampoo and a washcloth. I was told I needed to come down and get it because he was busy. I was shocked but went down and he was not there. There was a post stating he would return as he was attending to another guest so I had to wait. Also, the hotel rooms have a small kitchen and was one of the reasons I chose it. Well there are no dishes, utensils, pans, etc to use in this kitchen. I had no use for it. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

It was a very relaxing visit clean, very spacious and reasonably priced. Had a very pleasant stay while I wait for my house to get done.

Decent hotel close to the airport.

The say they have breakfast. The breakfast is instant oatmeal packets and pre-packaged muffins...nothing else.

Very nice stay

Pros: Staff, quietness
Cons: Kitchen utensils at the ready
Location: Area was not good for walking, driving you are close to the Oakland Alameda Colliseum and Oracle Arena and you are right next to Oakland Raiders HQ
This Extended Stay at the Oakland airport is far better than other Extended Stay I've stayed at in the area. The hotel was filled with a lot of working people so there was not a lot of partying (even through the weekend). I did see police a couple times but no violence. Location in a industrial park area was nice for walking. Room did not have kitchen utensils you have to ask at the desk.

Oakland airport lodging

Things were in good shape and it was comfortable. Value for price is good for the area. Always will have noise near an airport. That's to be expected. I would target this place next time when in the area. JPS

Second class customer.

Location: Close to OAKLAND airport.
I did not get the room that I reserved because I was an Expedia customer, but I did get $10.00 off per room. There was a large skunk on the parking lot in the morning.

Comfortable for an overnight stay.

Location: Downtown Alemeda was nice, restaurants were nice. Near the Oakland airport and offices, good central location.
Basic amenities, TV was inadequate for today's standards. Overall it was just ok.

Good space, customer service could be better.

Pros: Size able room, kitchen facilities available
Cons: Room service never came, breakfast options poor. Staff not friendly.
Location: Near the airport, not much to do at all. Need to have a car to get into the city to even dine
Room ok, sizeable with kitchen amenities. that was essentially the only good. Service was poor, several times had to wait to see anyone at the front desk who said only the minimal words at all. Breakfast was virtually bare minimum (grab-and-go), with muffins, granola bars, coffee/tea and not much else to grab. No room service ever came by till we were asked to leave after our two-night stay so they can clean. Good that we were allowed "late" checkout at 12:30PM.

Room was depressing dark walls etc. had to request plates, flatware, pots and pans. Not provider with a personal coffee maker. Also not provided with dish detergent, towel or dish cloth. Maid service only provided if stay is 7 days. We were not advised up front of that. Pillows were useless, not firm at all! MSNBC was or a network option on the tv, very disappointing during this election season.
