You have to go to the concierge for utensils shampoo & conditioners. Which needs to be stocked when you have a suite with a kitchen. Breakfast was a JOKE.

We stayed 2 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had our grandkids in tow so we were hoping to cook a bit in the room and use the pool. The pool was shut down and my understanding is that it has been down for some time. This property offers nothing extra and I mean nothing. The property was equipped with a kitchen. The burners do not heat up properly and the kitchen area was filthy, as well as the windows also. When we went to use the kitchen there was not one thing in there to use. No cups, plates, silverware etc. There was no shampoo in the room. We had to go down to the desk and ask for everything. It was ridiculous. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee, hot water, yogurt if you asked for it, instant oatmeal. No fruit, juice or anything else. Also, no where to eat it so we had to cart everything back to the room. We asked to speak to the manager and he was supposed to call but of course never did. I do not recommend this hotel

At checking in I asked the gentleman at the desk what was the latest time to check out he said 12:00. The following morning a lady came banging at my door it was about 10:40 she then proceeded to open the door and yelled for us to get out because it was passed out check out time, I told her the gentleman has said 12 noon she yelled NO that’s not correct check out is now! I told her I would get up and get ready to leave. I did not see her face or catch her name as I was still in bed. I let the lady at the desk know about the incident at check out she said she would tell the gentleman not to be saying check out was at12 I asked her if his done it before she smiled and said yes it’s not the first time. As for the rude lady that opened my door and yelled at me, she could have confronted the situation in a more professional and a lower tone of voice and not by screaming to get out.

Had to wait a couple minutes for a staff member to go to the front desk around 8pm. While checking in I see a sign that says ask for shampoo so I did and he stated there’s shampoo in the room. When I get to the room no shampoo. Already asleep past 10pm and the front desk calls 2 times, (I didn’t answer the first time) to ask how was my check in. Another strike. My son woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the bathroom. Safe to say I will never book a room here again.

Property is a nice location and confortable enough. We did see staff very offensively evict a family that we found out was unhoused, and threatened to call the police on them in a manner that we do NOT believe is lawful in Alameda County. One of us is an elected official working on these issues and advised the family on their rights. Night shift was very nice, but day shift needs to be reported to local regulators.

I would have expected the room to be stocked with kitchen items, dish soap, etc however we needed to go to the front desk to get anything we needed. They wouldn’t drop anything off at our room. Kids in room above us ran and jumped in the middle of the night. Heavy pot smell throughout the night. Air conditioner made terrible noise every time it started or stopped. The area in general did not feel safe although it was convenient. Worried our car would be broken into. Did the job but not a great experience.

The hotel room I was staying in had a used tampon in the trashcan, and blood stains on the wall. The hotel felt like a ghetto apt complex. Dogs barking and people cooking? Terrible experience, I couldn't sleep at night.

Average hotel, I went there for the pool but the pool is not in operation, I don't know why because the pool looks nice and clean, how come they don't open the pool in the middle of summer. Also, the room doesn't have shampoo or any other things but a soap bar. Very simple breakfast, just cakes. Other than that, room is clean and everything looks fine. Place us quiet and I had a good sleep.
