Good location relaxing stay, free use of bikes!

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: Hampton Inn's don't vary much but this one is at the top of the Hampton chain. Free beach cruisers!
Cons: Excellent Hampton Inn, would not change anything.
Location: Close to the Jack London Square, the S.F. Bay side park adjacent to hotel, and close to the bay bridge for easy access to S.F.
The rooms and hotel are a typical Hampton Inn. However, very clean, soft towels, and breakfast was good. However, the location next to the S.F. Bay, and a waterfront park between the bay and the road that stretches for at least two miles. The park is adjacent to the hotel and has a wide sidewalk and a bike path very good view of S.F. and bay bridge, with a lot of park benches and two restrooms along the way. We used the beach cruiser bikes that the hotel offers for free, and rode at least two miles of the park. Beautiful view of the S.F. comfortable, safe location, and relaxing.

This hotel was one of the best I've ever been to.

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: shutter service to go to more restaurants
Location: Raiders headquarters, shopping, dinning, mins to San Francisco and many more...
They offer so many complementary items, its unbelievable!! down to bicycles, my daughter forgot her tooth brush at home they offer that for FREE!! For all the Raiders fans, their headquarters facility is walking distance, San Francisco about 35 mins. Complementary HOT breakfast (not just bagel and banana like most hotels) That helped us save money. I would definitely love to stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others, you wont be disappointed..

Excellent place to stay. Just not much around area

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Clean room, friendly staff, safe location, free parking, and pretty good breakfast! Nice path nearby to run, walk or bike with an awesome view of San Francisco. Really enjoyed my stay. Only thing is it's in a business park so not much shops in the area. But perfect for a place to relax and rest without all the distractions. Around 20 min drive to the SF which was fine for us. Get up, have breakfast, hit the town all day and come back to the hotel for a good nights sleep. Price was affordable, especially with free parking. Most hotels in SF charge a daily rate.

Close to Airport and ferry to downtown

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Location and Friendly staff
Cons: Would have liked a microwave in the room but not part of the basic room.
Location: Can take passenger ferry to downtown for the day. near the airport so easy commute and they have a shuttle that will take you there and other places.
Staff was great. We had an issue figuring out the AC and someone showed up in a few minutes to help us out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here a again.

the hotel was easy to find. even though it was close to the airport it was quiet. everything i needed was resonably close and the shuttle service was good. when i stay in alameda again, this is where i want a room. breakfast was good and plentiful.

Clean hotel, far away from everything

Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: No fridge nor microwave in rooms (only available in bigger rooms). The AC/heating units are right above beds and are of poor quality.
Location: Close to the Oakland airport but rooms have triple windows - no noise problems. Far away from stores, fast food etc.
Good and clean hotel. All the basics provided. Nothing really spectacular about it. Although located close to the airport, it is a very quiet location (the only noise I've heard was from people walking or running outside of the room door). Far away from restaurants, shops, cafes.
