DO NOT STAY! - FILTHY - SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: REMODELED or Condemned .

This is the most filthy place I have ever seen; stained carpets, furniture & linens. Rooms smelled vile! no coffee, no amenities, ice machine broken, pool was advertised but closed, looked like it had not been cleaned, no available vending machines, they were locked in pool area. DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Nor did I feel my vehicle was safe in parking lot. Lots of yelling and screaming going on in parking lot by questionable looking individuals who may or may not have been quests. Used my own sheets and used a bottle of Lysol for the night I was there. In area for work and everything else was booked. I would have been better off in my vehicle. Ironically, the hotel pre-authorized my card for nights stay and a $200 deposit (IN CASE I DAMAGED ANYTHING). I have booked & trusted Expedia on many hotel bookings and I am quite surprised this type of hotel would be on their site. Extremely unsatisfied never to return guest.

Needs lots of renovations .like a new building

Cons: Building should be demolished and a parking lot constructed

No smoke alarms broken ,chair broken,burn spots on bed,grease on carpet no drawer on desk.no toilet paper, no washcloths key did not work for two nights, tv broken looked like it was kicked . Trash can in the passageway overloaded with trash all over the passageway. People hanging around smoking and butts all over the steps and passageways. One role of toilet paper and all they had in the office was one? Enough?

Run away from Here

Pros: The staff was the only positive thing worth mentioning about this place.
Cons: Taring the place down and constructing a new hotel.
Location: Location is skeptical, lots of vagabonds, drunk or high people loitering across the street at the liquor store.
This place is utterly disgusting please don't stay here and run away. Unfortunately I decided to stay here because of the closeness to the freeway. I rented two rooms for the family on our Bay area trip, we arrived here late at night and had no clue what we had just gotten ourselves into. The place is in a questionable neighborhood with lots of vagabonds loitering in the area. We had to walk by a guy sleeping on the walkway heading to the elevator. While walking there the whole place reeked of Marijuana, fortunately that was the best smell we would get because the elevator was disgusting. The elevator was filthy and it reeked of urine. Outside the elevator the trash was overflowing, smelly, and nasty. The view of the pool from above looked like it was a green cesspool of garbage. Our smoke free rooms all smelled like marijuana, tabaco, and disinfectant. The door latch was broken and late at night we heard people trying t get in our rooms. We woke up at 6 AM and ran so far away to get away from here. This place is an utter disgusting mess and I wish I could have gotten our money back but unfortunately after driving for 12 hours looking for a new hotel at 11 PM with family would be difficult. Trust I did think about finding a Walmart and sleeping in our van instead of this place. Expedia needs to permanently remove this place from their booking, this is a poor representation of what the company should be suggesting to customers.

Welcome to HELL

How is this place allowed to be open? The parking lot is filled with shady clientele and people hanging outside of their rooms. We opened the door to our room and were welcomed with a strong smell of marijuana. The room is FILTHY! There were stains all over the carpet, all different colors and in different areas. I didn't want to take my shoes off. The furniture was old and stained. The chair was covered in stains. The front door and bathroom door was covered in dirt, handprints, and a variety of colors. The bathroom was probably the worst with a hair on the toilet seat and a used towel! I have never been to a hotel where there is only one washcloth AND a used towel! This towel was obviously unwashed with lipstick stains, brown marks, and hair on it. The maid should be fired because this room looks worse than a BART bathroom. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. This must happen often because the desk clerk didn't even ask why we were leaving. Do not stay here! You would be better off staying in a cardboard box, porta potty, crack house, or your car.

Do NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Criminals and drug addicts loiter in the parking lot. We feared we would be robbed. The staff are lame and don't care if people on the nod sleep in the lobby. Avoid this hotel like the plague.
