Convenient , reasonably priced hotel

We only needed a place to sleep for 4 hours before our flight. The shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus. We left before breakfast was available so we cannot comment on that. It is a nice amenity to offer, however.

Expedia website is wrong for this hotel.

Pros: convenience to airport

This commentary is for Expedia not the hotel. They do not have a 24hr airport shuttle!! We had to get a taxi as the shuttle does not run between 12--4amOur flight came in at 1am and cost us $17 for a taxi. I do believe you should update your website for this hotel and reimburse me for the taxi.

quiet and comfortable

Pros: location and cleanniness quiet and comfortable
Location: close to the sports complex. Can take the light rail to the museums or to San Francisco.
Location is close to the freeway and the light rail system. Has a shuttle to the airport and easy drive for shopping

Close to stadium..only good thing

Rooms are dingy and feel gross, nigjt staff all young, rude kids. Day staff was complete opposite (only reason not 1 star overall)

From sac town

It's fairly nice, you can tell they remodeled it several years ago, there is some wear and tear in the rooms but they're in decent shape. Parking lot is lit nicely, and the hotel feel safe. I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Great staff!

Usually they’re the first people you meet at any hotel. Their service sets the bar for your stay. These two staff members at front desk including the security were genuinely friendly and accommodating. Great customer service and answered all my questions. Cheers!
