Clean Hotel, Awesome Staff

Pros: Staff was professional and friendly, made accommodations to provide a non-pet friendly room to help with my asthma problems.
Cons: Upgrade the lighting inside the room.
We arrived on a Friday and Departed on Sunday, The entire Stay was great.. Clean Hotel Room, found minor problems with lights and door locking on bathroom, But Hotel staff arrived fast and fixed the problems in less than 10 minutes... The Continental Breakfast offered in the mornings was awesome, the Staff helping during that time, was friendly and helpful. All in all We had a great time. Totally recommend this hotel.

Close to the airport

Overall it was fine, but the first night it was very noisy. I think some folks on the second floor were having a party. The noise went on until after 1:00 am. It was difficult to sleep.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Pleasant ambience.
Cons: Nothing. All good.
Location: Location was okay, but we were just spending an overnight.
Our overnight experience was very good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was stellar! (Important)! Breakfast was very good with many choices. Thanks!

Good hotel near airport

Nice place to stay the night before leaving from Oakland Airport. They have a shuttle and the rooms are fine. Nothing special but clean and okay breakfast. Friendly staff.

Disappointing

Pros: It is in a very good place if you have to use the Oakland Airport.
Cons: The staff interactions with guests, the building itself inside needs paint and the carpet is very old and looks terrible.
I expect more from a La Quinta. The staff was not friendly, and they hotel seemed as though there had been nothing updated, painted or well maintained for quite some time.

Car VANDALIZED!!

Pros: Nothing. Car theft ring.
Cons: Everything. Two security stop you when you arrive at hotel lot. Yet, no one saw my vehicle get vandalized at 1:00 pm parked by the pool!
Vehicle was vandalized. This place is a roach motel with rude staff. Lied about shuttle hours and left us stranded as well. Inside auto theft ring. Filthy, broken down hotel. Disgusting. Stay at your own risk!

Excellent care by staff. Clean, apparently newly redone rooms. Granite bathroom countertops, granite around walls in shower. Beautiful wood flooring in bathroom. New carpet in living area. New furniture. Tastefully done throughout. Hotel is located very near the airport. Took hotel shuttle to airport. Was given excellent care by driver. Numerous restaurants very near hotel. All staff were very congenial and helpful.

Nice hotel

Even when the area was not the best, this hotel was very comfortable. We wanted to stay near the airport and this was a perfect location, only 7 minutes away driving. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable.

Awesome staff tries really hard.

Perfect for Raider games. But you better race back to the hotel to park! Staff tried really hard to find a spot for my large suv. I’m staying here from now on. Oh but you better have sandwiches or something for after the game because no one seems to deliver here.
