It all started from the time we checked in. The front office clerk was rude. She insisted that I have two rooms reserved. I told her no and asked her to call expedia. She replied no you call them, you are the one who made reservation. She did not even provide me with parking sticker. My brother who checked in before me had to ask her for it. I called Expedia to call her, she even hang up on them.
Their beds are so uncomfortable. My back is still hurting. We had breakfast at the hotel. They have a waffle maker. However, they ran out of waffle batter. We informed the lady to please refill the dispenser. She ignored us like we don't exist. Aftert the fourth times that we asked her, she replied," look i am the only one here".
We came in late on our second night after my niece's wedding. The security guard was right outside the front door smoking, refusing to help.
This is by far the worse hotel
