Lovely and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable and the food from their onsite dining was excellent. I will be staying there again!

Some of staff need training. Internet was very bad. I finally used my phone as a hotspot because the internet was so bad.

Took $100 hold on credit card along with room charge. Also had difficulty with parking policy. Won’t stay again.

Ehhh... Not the greatest.

Went to cali for wedding. Booked deluxe king with balcony in tower. Room was ok, outdated. "Balcony" was window that opened onto something that looked like balcony but not allowed to walk on. Contacted front desk, they said it was more money for room with balcony you could walk on. Contacted expedia and got room changed. New room door wouldn't close or lock, took maintenance 3 houes to get it to work, had to "jiggle" door to get it to lock. Was late to wedding because of this. A/c didnt work, called front desk two days in a row and they did nothing. Toilet ran constantly, insides were held together with plastic bag. Pool was closed. Ended up checking out early
