Good location for The price.

Pros: Nice and clean.
Cons: I’d rather have carpet than hardwood floors to walk on, more comfortable to the bare feet.
Location: Close to all freeways to go anywhere in the Bay Area. Especially if your a Raider fan you can walk to the stadium.
Rooms were nice and clean. They kept the hotel and property up. Nice location. Close to airport and the Raider stadium. I will stay there again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, the breakfast was good for what it was.

Good value near OAK

Good place to stay for a night, maybe 2 while visiting Oakland for work or a sporting event due to close proximity to Airport, Coliseum and Oracle Arena.

Very unsafe and not fun.

Posted Oct 24, 2017
Pros: its walking distance from the sporting venues
Cons: everything besides its location
Doors frames were very unsecure. Our first room looked like the door was kicked in. Asked for a second room and the frame wasn't much better. We stayed because of a Raiders game and were from out of town. That being said, being so close to the sporting venues you would think the Hotel would understand that and allow you to have a little fun. That wasn't the case. Multiply signs posted every where about NO BBQ, No "Loud" noises after 10pm, and no tailgating. Definitely not a place a true fun should stay. Plus they had all of the TV's on locked down. Channel and volume is all you could do. No CC (don't stay here if you hard of hearing), no input change, no guide, no pay service. It felt more of an unsecured prison than a hotel.

Check in was fast and easy. The room very clean with a comfy bed and pillows. The hot breakfast was an added plus, with plenty of seating. The staff very friendly. I will stay here again!
