1. Not satisfactory. The phone contact to pick me up from the airport, it took around an hour until someone answer it. I was freezing outside the airport waiting for their transportation.
2. The check in was fair. Paying with credit card, I don't agree with their policy to charge $100.00 US Dollars as deposit...
3. The restaurant service very poor. Just two people to cook, to serve, to collect the payment. The menu and food very poor in quality and taste..
4. When one try to call from the room to the front desk, nobody answer. Like when calling from the airport for their shuttle service. First it took very long to their machine answer. Then it took an eternity hearing their music and noise untill some one took the message. Not really good value for money...
