Just an average hotel with an uninviting staff.
Arrived at 2:45pm and attempted to check-in. I was told that I would not be able to check-in for another 15-20 minutes. I understood that check-in was not until 3pm, so I patiently waited to the side. Not 2 minutes later another guest arrived and a different staff member began checking them in. Once they finished checking in I inquired why we were told to wait. There was no good excuse given. Needless to say the experience was frustrating.
Additionally, we were never told about the breakfast that was included in our rate and were never given the vouchers for it.
The staff seemed very aloof and not very courteous. As someone who travels for a living and spends the better half of any given month in hotels I was very dissatisfied with the service of this hotel.
Definitely not reccommended.
