Great location! Rooms older, but clean and comfy

Nice view! Easy check in. Staff friendly. Room decor a little on the older side, but room was clean and stay was very comfortable. ;)

nice stay as always. This is one of my favored hotels. I Have never had a bad experience

Just OK

The hotel was OK for one-night stay. We got a huge room, and the hotel is in a nice waterfront location (although 13 min drive from the hipper downtown restaurants /bars stretch). Facilities are quite outdated, and the mattress was super soft (not in a good way). There were earplugs among the complimentary toiletries and we soon found out why... There's a train passing near by, using the horn each time, and the squeaking wood floor made walking on the floor above us sound as if we have people walking around in our room. Not a great value for the money, but also been to worse I guess..

Beautiful room view, noisy night

Located at the Jack London area, I love the location and the hotel looks beautiful from afar. Check-in was smooth with friendly reception . The room smelled bad and was stuffy even with air conditioning on. We had to open all the windows to feel better , the view was beautiful. The bad smell did not really go away though. We then found ear bud in the bathroom and wondered . It did not take long to realize that there were lots of train crossing the area and at night , noisy parties. I think the hotel should at least have a disclosure about it. All in all, the hotel has beautiful view and the pool is great with a non working sauna. The room is clean but smells...

I wasn’t even able to check in because they said I needed payment I tried to present it so I was really frustrated because I went to you guys for guidance and it ended up being a terrible experience but the gal that help me from Expedia was so awesome and patient but that hotel just wasn’t working for me so I left but Expedia is awesome thank you
