Amazing location...Immaculate conditions...

Posted Dec 26, 2016
Pros: Very fresh, modern minimalist designs, informed service, excellent and reasonable restaurant connected to Hotel which was convenient
Cons: Nothing...
Location: Everything is close...great restaurants...arts...tours...
We appreciated the ease of accessing much of what we enjoy in Oaxaca. The hotel is a very short and pleasant 5 minute walk to the Zocolo, close to money exchange, tours, art galleries, and many restaurants and artesanias or folk art...

Nice and clean. Great location.

It is a nice place. Clean and comfortable. Great location, everything is close to the hotel. Management is very nice, but they seem to be to young, and inexperienced. They did nothing to maintain order during night. Some drunk guest were to noisy at night. WiFi comes and goes. Very low speed.

Extremely small and noisy room!!! Do not book here

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Build the hotel new from scratch
Location: I found Oaxaca a boring place
The room was so small we could open our suitcase only on the bed, there was a smell of molld probably because there's no windows All the doors have ventilation holes at the bottom (even in the bathroom, so awkward) so we heard every sound in the hotel at all time. To get hot water in the shower we had to wait about 3 minutes. The good: Centrally located that's it I Won't visit there again if they will pay me!!! Spend your well earned money elsewhere

Quietest hotel we stayed in and great location

Posted Feb 19, 2015
We stayed at 3 hotels in Oaxaca and this was quietest in city center. Hotel is modern ( so no funky colonial feel) but nice enough. Best part was quiet rooms. Bed just ok - but noise level so much better I didn't care. We had room on 3rd floor in back.

Great location with everything you need.

Posted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: The front desk staff.
Cons: Couches in the sitting area.
Location: Walking to the churches, museums and Great restaurants. Also many stores with local products.
What a great hotel. We're more than acommadating to all our needs. Like seven in the morning asking to change to a larger room. Also I asked a lot of questions of the area, which the front desk was able to answer. Also we had a bad experience with the vehicle rental company that I had reserved at the airport...which was not there, however i told my story and they able to provide a car rental that they used. The desk called them and they did have a car for us. The location was great...close to the centre of the city. Great for walking to the museums , churches and restaurants. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

Wonderful Oaxaca

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Its near to most of the sightseeing places. The construction and cleanness. They included breakfast (coffee, juice or fruit, bread, and eggs).
Cons: None
Location: If you are interested in archeology, you are in the right place. I recommend Monte Alba, Mitla, Santa Maria del Tule, Ocotlan, Zaachila.
I stay there for 5 days and it was excellent. Staff very helpful and the location very secure. Near to Santo Domingo Church and museum, Central plaza (Zocalo), Cathedral and other touristic places. Tour are not really expensive. In my opinion very cheap. Food delicious, some places are cheaper than others. Just be very careful with the traffic.

Great location

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Excellent location. The hotel has a nice courtyard. Breakfast at the restaurant is good. Staff are very polite and can speak and understand English. Rooms don't have windows facing outside. So it might feel a little stuffy. But the air condition works fine. So overall one should be OK
