Shuttle hours are friendly

Cons: The food
Breakfast was always cold. The hotel staff is friendly and all of our requests were taken care immediately. Aside of the restaurant I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Not so comfortable

Beds were extremely hard. Air conditioner barely worked. Didn't go swimming because the hotel was over run by Federal Police who were staying there. Didn't feel comfortable at all there. Food was slightly below average on the buffet.

Not too happy

The hotel location is 20 mins away to downtown. The room was too small. You can hear the water running from room next door, and the conversation from other people. I won't stay there again

The staff and management couldn't care less

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Replace the staff and properly train new staff.
Hotel was under construction/renovation. The staff showed little interest in clients. They tried to charge extra for buffet fees. They tried to charge extra for room fees.

Bad service at the front desk

The hotel is old and the rooms are very small. We had a reservation if a room with one bed and the hotel gave us a room with two beds without warning us of the change, after we complaint the response was defensive instead of service. After a discussion ee got our room changed. One day the hotel did not leave towels and once we requested them it took 15 minutes for the management to provide them.

"Family vacation for 7"

Hotel was exactly what you see in the photos. Clean, stone bathroom. Bed was hard for me but was okay for the rest of the family. Great deal for the cost. Would stay here again.

Family Trip

We stayed at the hotel for a three night weekend. The hotel is exactly what you see in the pictures. The room was clean and the bathroom had stone bathtub. It was worth the low price we paid. The area was fine we did not use the shuttle because we drove to the hotel. We also did not eat at the hotel so I can not rate those. Overall it was a good stay for what we needed and I would say this is a great hotel if you are on a budget. I would stay here again.
