“All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. “Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. “Einen wunderschönes Hotel mitten in den Bergen, wir waren nur kurz zur Durchreise nach Italien hier, aber ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, falls der Weg nach Italien mal zu lang wird. Hier gibt es ein leckeres Frühstück. Und die Menschen vor Ort sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Und man kann am Abend sehr lecker essen.☺️”
