"I grew up in a neighboring town, and was in the area to visit family. The hotel was very nice and in a very good location for getting around. Room was on the second floor, and easy to access via either stairs or elevator. The only things that weren’t the best as far as the room was that the window couldn’t be opened for fresh air and the shower had been converted to a walk in with a curved glass door, which allowed water to leak onto the floor when showering. The hallway had an odd smell, sort of like wet wool. Front desk staff were very nice and I liked their large aquarium there. Full breakfast options were available daily. A couple of the egg options weren’t super hot, but everything else was good. The fact that they served bacon more than once is a great thing in my book! I will definitely stay here again on future trips."

"The pictures dont do this place justices, so beautiful and clean beautiful. Host was amazing and everything was perfect. I liked how the host checked in on you to let you know they were available. "The house was very clean including the bathroom and bedrooms. All rooms had pine board walls, and the smell was very pleasant. Since we were there in the summer, the Mult-split system did a very good job at cooling the main areas, but the bedroom doors had to be left open (or cracked a bit) for the cooled air to reach those sleeping. To help with this, a fan was provided which more than compensated for the issue described above. The kitchen had everything that a couple or a family of five could need. We remarked that not even our home was this well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans and the needed cleaning supplies. All appliances worked without issue. The living room had plenty of seating. The TV and satellite service worked great without issue. The master bedroom was placed directly across the hall from the second bedroom. The 2nd bedroom had one full bed and one set of bunk beds. All were made up ready to be slept in. The master bedroom had a queen size bed.Most concentrated traffic on the blacktop as shown in the attached photos will be in early morning with folks going to town/work and the occasional farm implements going to and from the fields. If you were raised or currently living in a rural area, this will feel as if you never left. You will see quite a bit of wildlife moving about with deer passing through the yard and behind the residence. Both of us were very please with our stay there."

"There was moldy food in the microwave from months prior, grass was high ans the weeds, deadbugs and live ones thought-out the whole house, dirty refrigerator, showers dirty with spiders everywhere, sink upstairs leaked through the ceilings and you couldn't flush any paper down the toilets plus no smoke alarms also no toilet paper provided "

"The showers were very slim but refreshing. Property was clean and room had adequate space but wish there was a tv in the room. Loved being able to open the windows and have fresh air."

"For the price paid, it was well worth it and comfortable. Door lock was a bit sticky, but the owner mentioned was going to replace it after my stay. Definitely would stay here again should my work schedule me odd hours. "
