The so-called manager needs a customer service crash course. In spite of being a pet-friendly hotel, he chose to second guess my nephew’s need for a service dog and the veracity of its credential. And ended up cancelling our reservation. Not a problem as there always are options in this life and we ended up being very well taken care of by the across-the-street Courtyard staff… the Marriott family never disappoints!
