The property itself was fine for our needs… We arrived late and left early. We just needed a stop on a road trip. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was extremely limited with only a couple of grab and go options (bats, muffins, bananas etc). Overall condition of the facility is very dated and in need of some repair. I did appreciate the new vinyl floor in our specific room, beds were fine, and the towels were very nice. But in general there are some cosmetic Updates that are needed .

Property being renovated so kind of a mess. Room was basic, mattress and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was one notch above a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter with a knife stuck on it….

Definitely not come back. Old rooms, you can hear what happens in the next room all the time, smells cigarette, not security because the rooms are next to the highway without fence or any gate. It’s a Motel.

On April20 2020, When we tried to checkin, they said they r out of water and asked us to cancel the booking. So we had to cancel our booking. And it has been more than 2 weeks, they have not refunded our money. Very disappointed with their customer service.

You should remove this hotel. it is not fit to stay in. When I arrived waited 20 min for clerk. Spoke to another man in office who had just checked in. Light switch didn't work he crossed room in the dark and hit another light switch to see cockroaches scurry everywhere. I went to check my room and the lights were already on. The sliding glass door was open 6 inches and it would not latch and they had put a door safety chain on it, so apparently someone had tried to open it from the outside. Maid cart was in middle of hallway and towels strewn on the floor around it. I did not stay and they said they would not charge my card. However they charged me a deposit which they refunded, but charged me for the room and $24 over the price arranged through Hotels.com. Tried to call to work it out, three deferent times, never got an answer. Had to dispute the charges through my credit card company.

Worst we have ever seen! Do not stay at this property. To start with the outside appearance is old, run down, and dirty. That should have been out first clue, but we already had nonrefundable reservations. We asked for a room with one king bed but were told they had none. We were given a room with two beds but when we went to check it out, found the door ajar and the room still dirty from previous guests! Went back to office and a room with one king bed just magically came available. When we went to check on this room, very close to the previous one, the keys would not work. It took 3 trips to the office plus help from their handyman to get in. The room had an awful smell. The furniture was old and not well maintained. A coffee maker with NO cups or coffee supplied. Ironing board with no iron. Stained sheets and bed covers. Water stains in the toilet and only one set of towels. It also appeared that there were weekly residence staying in other rooms. This is all a shame because four years ago it was a nice place to stay. Not anymore!

When we got there, we got to play a game: What the h3ll is in our toilet? Final answer, we guess dog food & a straw (a plastic one, look out turtles!!) The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, even in the lobby where they proudly advertised they were a 100% smoke-free establishment. People are living in this place full-time and someone in the room over our head was vacuuming at 11pm (not the cleaning crew, if the condition of the room is any indication, they don't have a cleaning crew). I'm not sure how many peoples DNA was in our bathroom, but there was a LOT of hair on the floor that wasn't ours. Also we got to listen to a drug deal on-site and some guy jumped from the balcony above our room onto the patio outside our door. This isn't all that happened, but you get the general idea.

We would not recommend this place to stay. It was not well kept. The room lacked amenities, face clothes, towels, bath mat and Kleenex. The toilet seat was not secured. The tub was dirty and there was gunk around the edge. The sheets were not well cleaned. There was dirt on the floor. The doors would not lock properly. It was noisy.

I was immediately told on check in that my single king bed was unavailable, and was offered the "deluxe double." The "deluxe room" had a door that would not stay closed without the swinging door latch, no trashcans in the entire room, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, ALL fabrics were stained.... including the towels. One looked like it had recently been used to clean car rims and the other had cheetos stains on it. Really a rough room. I am glad my wife was not taking this trip with me.

Because reservation was booked through Expedia, no points; no trash can, no plastic glasses or coffee cups, one washcloth, no batteries in tv or cable remotes, curtain only covered 90% of window, burn holes in the bedspread and sheets, shower curtain barely touches the edge of the tub, so be prepared to mop up the floor; toilet does flush if you hold the handle down for 15 seconds; it is possible to find a not-too-lumpy spot in a pillow, if you have a skinny head; and if you picked up all the aluminum cans in the parking lot and sold them to a recycler you could pay for the room.

THE Biggest Hole in the wall ever
Nice guy at the front desk. What a shoot hole. Unplugged AC/Heat with no controls. TV stand broken off the dresser. The drain in the sink was stuck closed and would not drain. The sheets had ink stains, might have been blood, but I am not CSI. Poorly repaired wall damage, mismatched paint, old deteriorated closet wall (water damage) I would not even consider a shower, which the curtain was also screwed up. It doubles as a homeless home as room a few doors down had kids toys outside. Thank God I left at 4:30am and missed "breakfast"

False advertising, filthy bathrooms, every rooms reeks of smoke and their excuse is that customer before got fined. Does not do anything for the new customer, specially when you specifically book a non smoking room. Just be honest and say your service is bad and not trick people into booking with you. Person at front desk said they canceled reservation and refunding money. Still waiting for refund. Did not stay there.

The Place was in bad shape. Cigarette butts were pooled at our room door. We were not assigned a non smoking room as promised and the room smelled of tobacco smoke. the comforter was soiled and the bed sheets were not changed from the last guest stay.

Is really bad I just checking in Rome and when I go to my job when I come back somebody check in my room and they steal my all stop and the desktop PayPal customer service people they don’t care they not listening listening and all cricket all drugs are these people in there so please do not go in this model ever again that’s really really ridiculous and I had that come they not give me my monny the money back to that’s ridiculous

It was the worst experience we have ever had at a motel. Especially disappointed since it is endorsed by Wyndham. The first room we were in had broken furniture, no towels or ice container, a non-smoking room with cigarette burns in the upholstery. It had been sprayed with something , probably to mask the cigarette smell. We were moved to a second room that had holes in the walls, questionable bedding, cigarette burns in the furniture the door frame was falling out of the wall. We gave up and left.

Worst room ever! Keep on driving!
Worst room rental in 40 years! No towels, toilet paper, shampoo, no plug for spa rust in shower, but mattered not as there was no shower curtain either. Linen was smokey, and was lucky to get a roll of tp at the desk. Was told cleaning got in at 9AM! By 9AM we were in Universal Studio. We found this on a Friday night and just needed to stop for the night. Lucky, the bar was open to get a couple of beers in us to take the edge off the condition of the room, not to mention the shady people that were hanging around there. I guess we should be thankful we did not take any wildlife out with us in the morning. Sleeping in the car would have been a better option than this room. Take heed! Not sure how this gets a fair rating? Trust me, we are not hard to please, but no way should a room be like this. The real funny part about this room was the toilet seat cover! "Diamond Girl Poops Here" was on the cover. I guess she left because there was no toilet paper there, or she took it with her. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. I can't even fathom what the breakfast was like.

I normally stay at days inn locations while I travel, this location on the other hand, had unacceptable building and room conditions. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t care to help us. We asked for a refund so we could leave right after we saw our room. They told us to call Expedia to cancel and then Expedia would call them to confirm our cancelation. They have dodged their phone calls and I still do not have a refund a week later.
