My husband could not even bring himself to check in to this hotel when he arrived. There was a party going on up on the balcony right outside the room, and a guy sitting outside who lived there, but most unsettling was the wandering group of kids who were casing the parking lot. We were driving cross country and had all our stuff in our vehicle, and we felt pretty sure that we could come out in the morning to our windows broken and all our stuff gone. We left even knowing that we could not get a refund, that is how bad it was.

Roach infested! Toilet was clogged when we arrived! Left after just a few hours and wasn’t given a refund on the night’s fee. Terrible.

I am very upset with my stay here. The staff was very friendly and wonderful during check-in. The room was "surface" clean. But the absolute worst part is they have roaches.. did not see any during the day. However, when i got up from watching tv at night to use the restroom, i turned on the bathroom light and there were roaches. After going back out to the room i turned on another light and there were more roaches. I had the worst night sleep because i was worried they would crawl on me or my son. I was not expecting a 5-star hotel but i was expecting it to be bug free.

Not at all what the pictures show. This place is an old and very poorly maintained motel. Ceiling is just painted plywood, walls are soft, roaches, uncomfortable beds and doors dont even latch properly. Unsafe and unfit for women and children. I was armed the whole time.

In process of upgrading it appears, with new owners - but rather than starting on the swimming pool they should have circulating hot water, housekeepers that know a sheet goes next to one’s body, not a stained blanket and numerous tub and shower repairs

Dont stay here, Loud, Roaches, Bad beds
My husband killed 3 cockroaches in the room. There were people hanging around outside of the hotel most of the night, many of them very noisy. The bed was VERY Uncomfortable. There were 3 of us in the room with only 2 towels. When we asked the front desk for 1 more towel, they couldn't provide one because the linen closet was locked and no one had a key, so our son had to use a wet towel after his shower. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but moved to a different hotel after 1 night.

The rooms are very old and dirty. I was shown rooms before hand since they knew none were acceptable. I one I finally chose (the best of the worst) had a broken door knob in the bath, so they switched me to a room with bad (torn, stained curtains.) They claim they are renovating the rooms, but they were all bad. Torn flooring, mold, dust, bedding old, torn with large holes and stained, and they said they had no other bedding to give us. Probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The office people don't seem to care there.
The room was clean. There was an issue w/ the smoke alarm & no hot water. I had attended a Celebration of Life held outside at a park & couldn't take a shower after. Washed up at sink w/ cold water.

False advertisement
The hotel is advertised with a pool but the pool was empty and closed...false advertising and i don't appreciate that. Room had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. No cleaning of room or new towels. Sheets as curtains that didn't block the light at night so even with lights out very bright. Good ac. Trash all over outside. Clean comfy bedding.

My Daughter was sting there and she got hurt I was at work and I couldn't pick her up until after I got off. I called there to see if she could stay there until about 5. They said only if I paid for another night. He said it would be 50.00 but they wouldn't take my card so I had to go on line and pay 80.00 I went to pick her up and they wouldn't let her find stay over night even though I paid for a full night and would no give any of my money back.

Illegal activity in parking lot, room next to mine had cars woth random men going in and out all day/ night long. It took 40 minutes for the desk staff to return to front desk to check me in.

The furniture was broke and cheap the bathroom missed the toailet paper and the floor all craked dark and durty like they mop all the rooms with the same water . Its sad because is in front of the Silver Springs Park very convinient

The employees were great and sweet. But the rest it is just no. Stained sheets, blankets and beds. Rickety dresser and side table draws. Roaches everyone. It was so bad my dog peed on the floor immediately and he doesnt ever do that. I could not even bathe my 2 year old because the bath was full of roaches.

Would rather sleep in my car!!!
Did not even stay!!! Drove up to the property with 2 cops outside. Drove around the place was absolutely disgusting looking. People all outside drinking smoking just hanging outside. Looked as all the people lived there. We had 2 kids with us absolutely not staying in that crack head hotel. The “pool” didn’t even have water in it. Was just absolutely gross.

Beware don't Lodge drive on.
The hotel doesn't provide clean towels and wash clothes. Very rude and obnoxious. Cleaning rooms are on a schedule our stay was 4 nights and not scheduled til the end of the week no exceptions. Check out on time you'll be denied your deposit until room is cleaned that could be days away. Section 8 housing in most available rooms. Will be filing a complaint with Local and State.

the floor in the room appeared to not have been swept, or mopped ,very dirty. There was no shower curtain in the shower, has to request one. The price was good, and just across the road from Silver Springs State Park.
