Well located and friendly staff. The rooms would need to be better maintained. Our first room had the sink clogged. We moved to another room and the shower head was leaking and the water accumulated on the bathroom floor. Also, the AC unit was very noisy.

Breakfast was over-priced for a buffet and no turkey sausage. Limited selections, fruit was subpar. Hot meal was not hot enough.

The beds were a problem. Came home with a serious back problem. Tried both beds in the rooms. Neither was good.

Comfortable and clean hotel
Our room was very comfortable, and check in was a breeze. Parking was easy as well. We loved that the digital key worked so seamlessly! The front desk staff kept checking in periodically via text. My only complaint is about housekeeping staff. Even though check out time is at 12 pm, they kept harassing us starting at 9 am. It was very annoying to have them aggressively knocking on our door multiple times that morning while we were lounging prior to check out.

Hotel was ok but was let down with inconsistent staff. The lady that checked us in was great but one of the people working at the bar was too busy texting on their phone to bother serving me.

Classic, worn but pleasant
One of our favorite hotels on the trek south. The furniture in the room is a bit worn, but the beds are comfortable and clean and roomy enough. I asked for a pool view but ended up with HVAC view. Overall, it's a pleasant location, decent buffet breakfast (loved the chef's energy shots) - we will return.

Parking was plentiful, well lit & safe. Restaurant needs a little upgrade on the menu & service. Bar had many good selections The property & staff are all excellent as expected with Hilton Properties... The morning breakfast buffet, menu & staff were absolutely the Best.

Check in was super easy and fast. Was upgraded form 2 queens to a king room and given a quiet spot away from ice machines and elevators on 5th floor overlooking the pool. Could not have been much better. Room was very nice. Tiny issue was like a sea waves sound coming from HVAC, but not terrible.

Excellent Hilton. The lobby area is large and open. Sectioning off of checkin, bar, restaurant, business area is clever. Room was clean, bright, cheerful, nicely decorated. Right off I75, surrounded by restaurants…. I recommend driving 3 miles to historic downtown to eat. Many great small business restaurants

I love the idea of the Hilton, it’s a beautiful building but staying here overnight you can see how low maintenance it is. I would only come back to visit Frank the horse and to see the shiny floors but other than that, i won’t be returning. The walls are thin, the floor boards have water damage, the ac unit either makes ticking noises or the neighbors do. The rooms have a locked door separating them from the next and my room wasn’t a suite. There isn’t a microwave per safety reasons according to the overnight teller at the front desk but there’s a coffee maker?! The idea is nice but this isn’t fit for an overnight stay to relax and rest. Thanks for keeping us though
