Nice, Clean and Convenient.

Proper Stay for the buck. Breakfast was much more than I expected and I never eat "breakfast" at these type of places because it's usually stale bread. Hot food coffee cereal juices milk etc.

Great room...full breakfast included. The hotel staff serving the breakfast items could have more friendly....they stood around - no "Good Morning" " Great Day" - etc. Even when we attempted small conversation - no response. That was our only disappointment.

Just overnight but the room was very nice. The location to Silver Springs State Park was just wonderful! What a great place for anyone of any age. The glass bottom boat trip is truly amazing. Nice hotel accommodations made it a very satisfying trip. The slower pace and peaceful environment, especially at Silver Springs, is worth another trip soon. Your super breakfast and coffee were better than we've had any place else! We will see you again soon ...

We stayed in this hotel when it first opened as H.I. Express and were very pleased then. Everything was bright and clean, and we love the location. This time the hotel has really gone downhill in value. The lights in the lobby are kept off so it's always dark and feels cheap. We had to keep asking for things at breakfast which was over very early or they just made it seem that way. I felt very unwelcomed at the breakfast room, as they kept hiding and putting away stuff at 9:30 AM? The room smelled very muggy like the carpet had been shampooed and not allowed to dry, and is a pet peeve of mine. Pillows were terrible and towels smelled like urine! This place has great potential, but they are missing out on too many details for guest comfort and value. Hope they get there game together because we really prefer this hotel to the ones off I-75. Order new sheets and pillows, change your bulbs back to bright light at leas in the lobby and kitchen, and its time for a carpet upgrade in the rooms. Stop being cheap! Price was OK at $109.

Unfortunately, if a guest doesn't make our front desk aware of any issues then we are unable to make things right. We never want our guests to leave unsatisfied with their stay. Nice hotel close to a variety of restaurants

Pros: The quiet and the breakfast. Also the bedding is Really nice.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Located next to Silver Springs State Park and on Rt 40 East/West Blvd. Lots of shopping places on the Blvd and lots of restaurants. BBQ is nearby.
Have stayed here before two years ago. Beautiful building. Well kept. Great check-in staff. Right on two main roads, but yet rooms are quiet inside. Doors insulate well any hallway sound. Room was clean and attractive. We stayed three nights this time. Parking can be an issue if you check-in late. Currently lots of construction/contractors parking big box trucks and some with trailers in the back. Breakfast is a wide variety of hot and cold items. Always love the taste of their coffee, Cinnabuns were great also! We had a small flood on the bathroom tile the first night. Rainhead in the shower spewed outside the curtains. Figured out how to wrap the inner one for full blockage and we were good after that. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect to Visit Silver Springs

Great hotel for Silver Springs, which is nearby (about a mile to walk, then entrance fee is $2 ea). Very new hotel and exactly what you would hope for in a HI Express. Highly recommend.

Small roaches on the night stand.

Pros: Better one in the area, which is not saying much.
Cons: Everything is old and shabby about the facility.
Location: Location is good.
Front desk at check-in seemed pre-occupied with computer problems and was slow. Small roaches on night stand are not expected.
