Staffs were great. Restaurent food is expensive. Room was clean.

Good location and restaurant in hotel very good.

Cons: Bathroom was very clean could use remodel.
Good location. Staff very friendly. Sky restaurant located on 6th floor is a gem, terrific food and excellent staff.

Close to Mall and lots of restaurants

We got checked in quickly and our room was very clean. My husband and I got a few drinks at the 6th floor restaurant, while our teenagers watched TV in the room. That was a nice treat! Not a fan of memory foam mattresses, but super clean linens and soft pillows. Loved our stay.

It was cold outside felt there should be hot tea/coffee displayed where it could be seen and the coffe was stale when I did find it

Very nice hotel convenient to highway

Pros: After staying in a subpar hotel the night before, we wanted a place to relax, enjoy a drink and a nice meal. This was perfect.
Cons: The breakfast was a little disappointing, but not bad.
We were looking to pamper ourselves after being on the road 3 days. This hotel was perfect! It had an excellent bar and restaurant. Our meal was fantastic. The room was clean and well appointed. A good value for the money.

Dirty hotel, rude staff

On arrival we were greeted by a drunken guest and cigarette smoke in the lobby. Furniture was overturned and staff had lost control of the situation!

Clean, convenient place to stary

Room fixtures were a bit aged, but overall room was good. Nice flat screen TV with good picture and reception. Bath tub drain was slow and the cable connection on one of the treadmills in the exercise room was bad. Notified front desk of these two discrepancies and they were eager to make them right. No free breakfast because they have a restaurant off the lobby. Cracker Barrel is a about a block away, though.

Used to be better

The hotel is in a nice part of town. We stayed there before and that's why we came back to it again. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not the greatest this time. We stayed in a suite and they only cleaned the bedroom but not the TV room where the kids slept on the pullout couch. They did not change the sheets/made the bed. The tables were not cleaned. There was no silverware in the room. When I went down to get a spoon from the front desk they opened a ziplock bag and handed me a spoon that looked like it was used and cleaned. The breakfast buffet was not worth it. I doubt we will go back there again.

nice facility,very clean, we arriveed late at night. Staff have very considerate services .the morning breadfast has two options which is really good and big improvement in services. I would say this is the best holiday inn i ever eperiences
