We had a quick and polite check-in by the gentleman at the front. Room was nice and clean, my only complaint about it is the A/C. A/C was very loud almost annoying at night to sleep with but other then that the room was clean and up to date. We also used the pool which was clean and maintained.

Dirty underwear under the bed

We walked into the room and got unpacked and while we were doing that my wife found somebody else's dirty underwear under the bed. We left the hotel and literally did not sleep in the hotel one night. We have attempted to contact the manager for a refund but they will not return our calls. It's very disappointing for a big company to treat their guests this way when something so disgusting happened. So not only are the rooms unsanitary but the management doesn't care to return calls to resolve problems

Had the worst experience staying at this hotel. I paid $200.00 for one night at this hotel thinking I would get a clean room, good service and a good night's rest. But it was the opposite. When I checked in the guy at the desk was serious and not friendly. When I went to my room, I unpacked and went to take a shower, immediately had to rush out shouting for my husband. There were bugs crawling on the bathroom floor and around the toilet., We killed them and took photos and was going to call the manager to draw it to his attention but we were there for a funeral and short of time so we had no time to call him. My husband and I immediately repacked our clothes and take them to our car for we did not want to take bugs to our home. This was so inconvenient because every time I needed something I had to go to my car's trunk. Also when we booked we were told we would have to pay additional $10.00 for breakfast. I have stayed at cheaper hotels that provided complimentary breakfast and the rooms were cleaner. This one had lots of dust along the crevices Next worst thing that happened, when I went the next morning to get some stuff from my trunk to my amazement I found the front bumper of my rental car damaged, someone must have drove into it during the night. I was going to report it the management, but my husband showed me the sign that says that"parked at your own risk" When we checked out I told them about the bugs. Their response was "sorry"

One stop on my way to final destination

I thought that all holiday inns includes their famous breakfast but surprised this one not. Front desk told me that I had to pay for it. Every time I travel I try to book holiday inn because of their rooms and breakfast. Do I have to check now every time I book a holiday inn?

This hotel was fine for what we needed this evening. The restaurants were over priced for what they offered.

Nice hotel. Broken Coffee brewer in the room.

Pros: The lobby and restaurant were great.
Cons: Basic maintenance and customer service.
Location: Plenty of shopping and restaurants.
Overall well. Slow check in because the other employee didn't want to help check me in. Broken Keurig in the room was annoying. There was a bleach stain on the couch. Other than that it was nice.

Like other hotel policy, we also implement and require incidental deposit from our guests. We return the amount upon check out and if we found no damage/breakage in the room.
