Not much more to add to it. Lobby was very nice, then you see that's where it ends. The elevators were painfully slow and in need of a face lift. The room was grungy and not very comfortable. There was old hair left over in the bathroom, there were a couple chunks of food left on the carpet. The bed was mildly uncomfortable. The TV was very small and programmed so the volume couldn't be up to a level that I could hear. The shower faucet was old and a pain to get to the right temp. The "full" breakfast included a waffle maker, then everything else was very standard for low budget hotels.
I didn't get to the pool, but it looked nice. Keep in mind, it's a pet friendly hotel, so it's not going to be top notch and that is why I went with 3 stars. Had I realized that pets were allowed in any room on every floor, I would have chosen elsewhere.
I will say, however, the counter staff were all very friendly and very pleasant to work with.

I apologize for the issues listed. I will look into all and fix what has been found. The breakfast is being scaled by our corporate office and will change per every corporate renovation.
