Close to the action

Posted Mar 6, 2017
The hotel staff was friendly, the lobby and grounds were clean. I appreciate that they accept pets, it took the worry out of finding someone to watch my pup. The room cleanliness was average. The matress was comfortable but the comforter and sheets were not soft. The location was ok for a one night in and out trip, not somewhere I would want to stay longer than one night.

A VERY nice young man was there to check me in.

Posted Mar 1, 2017
Pros: It's PET-FRIENDLY !!!!!
Cons: It would have been nice to have a window which opened.
Location: There are plenty of restaurants, a shopping mall, and easy access from I-75.
The room was spacious and clean, the internet access was easy, the signal was strong. The bathroom was large and clean with plenty of counter space. The only thing I missed in the room was a window which opened. It was a very pleasant experience to stay at this pet-friendly hotel. I'm a committed Quinta Inn customer now!

The mean desk clerk.

Posted Feb 9, 2017
Pros: The curb appeal was nice and the fact that it was close to the interstate.
Cons: Do some customer service training. Clean the drink dispensing units. Improve the breakfast selection.
The desk clerk was short and rude in her answers to our questions. The room had a disturbing odor to it. The bedside switch was broken. The continental breakfast was a joke.

Friendly Staff

Posted Dec 30, 2016
Pros: Staff
Cons: Lots
Location: Not sure
Not much more to add to it. Lobby was very nice, then you see that's where it ends. The elevators were painfully slow and in need of a face lift. The room was grungy and not very comfortable. There was old hair left over in the bathroom, there were a couple chunks of food left on the carpet. The bed was mildly uncomfortable. The TV was very small and programmed so the volume couldn't be up to a level that I could hear. The shower faucet was old and a pain to get to the right temp. The "full" breakfast included a waffle maker, then everything else was very standard for low budget hotels. I didn't get to the pool, but it looked nice. Keep in mind, it's a pet friendly hotel, so it's not going to be top notch and that is why I went with 3 stars. Had I realized that pets were allowed in any room on every floor, I would have chosen elsewhere. I will say, however, the counter staff were all very friendly and very pleasant to work with.

I apologize for the issues listed. I will look into all and fix what has been found. The breakfast is being scaled by our corporate office and will change per every corporate renovation.

They allow pets, so if you don't mind dogs barking everywhere, it is a great place to stay. I suggest they put dog owners all on the same floors (it has six) and those without on other floors.

The Hallway is in your room

Posted Dec 2, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: maids did an excellent job everyday.
Cons: sound blocking doors and normal bathroom doors.
These rooms are nice except all the doors appear to be made of cardboard. I could literally hear normal footsteps in the hallway. Unfortunately, quiet footsteps were often drowned out by screaming children. The bathroom door in the room had the same problem. It was a shutter-style door that offered zero privacy. The hotel is otherwise nice, but the problems with the doors would prevent me from returning.

I apologize for the noise. I do know that the hotels with the new renovations have changed the bathroom area. Hopefully when we are renovated you will change your mind of returning.
