I was surprised with the room. Hotel staff was really friendly, room was clean and bed is really comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!!

Great staff!

All amenities are great! Perfect for a few nights stay. Staff was soo accomodating due to the hurricane.

Manager was a little snippy

Pros: convenient travel location
I often stay at this location as it is conveniently located on a travel route. This particular time - because I had booked with Expedia to have a better rate - the front desk manager (who I had to wait for about 10 minutes to return to the desk) immediately told me my Marriott number was not accepted because I had booked on Expedia. (Serious rewards collectors get it) - I told her that I wanted her to pull up my status so that she could see that she needed to be nice to me - and that I was going to send an email to Marriott regarding her attitude.....that changed her tune - and she gave me a bottle of water

Facility was clean and neat. Management was excellent. Room was comfortable and like home. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a good experience cleaning could have been a little better and fireplace didnt work

We apologize that you wanted to use the fireplace in summer as we turn them off as guest are not pleased with the pilot light that adds extra warmth to the room being in Florida. By request we can have Maintenance light your pilot for use though any time you want. Please share all of your concerns while in house so we can address anything for you while you are our guest. Nice hotel but bedroom was missing remote and desk clerk could not help

Expected more

I was expected more from marriott chain. Did not have usb charger and they did not have adapters neither. Room has a smell when you enter.
