Family stay with 2 kids... Not happy!

A room right next to a laundry room. Very noisy. Uncomfortable bed, dirty, old bathroom... Staff was helpful (not all though), loud and crowded pool. The beach was good. And the Italian Restaurant was the best thing in Hotel.

My kids were not thrilled about the hotel. Game room too small, but did enjoy the weight room. The outside pool was not only small but with the pool bar right there, it was difficult for children to enjoy due to adults drinking.

Great stay at the Hotel. Service was excellent. Our daughter lost her phone and Rob the Bartender at the Pool was kind enough to send it back to us. Great Guy!!

Hotel OK, view great.

Cons: Customer service needs much improvement!!! Hotel needs a little freshening up.

The customer service is bad! The View is Great, but hotel overall is OK, a little dated. There was a confusion about whether breakfast was included. I bought the stay from Expedia, and I had 2 rooms, and also added on an extra day prior to arrival directly from the hotel. The confirmation from Expedia showed that breakfast was included, which I showed to VLAD, the hotel manager on duty. He was really rude. He said "Well, we don't see it on our end and you will have to contact Expedia yourself." I am directly showing him my Expedia receipt from my email on my phone and at first he asked me to print it. Where am I going to print it? Then he just dismissed it. His attitude was snotty, and he gave us all a bad feeling. I bought 2 rooms for 4 days. I can afford to buy breakfast if I needed, the principle of it is that I thought I bought breakfast included. I did but the breakfast option was not included on the first day, which I had bought from the hotel, which I was not aware of. He also didn't look into that, some other lady looked at it and casually said it to him and walked away. It ruined the initial excitement of starting vacation, when someone treats you in a way which is disrespectful. It set the tone of what to expect when the Manager himself is soo rude, who would you even talk to if you had another problem? My family and I love Ocean City, we have been going every summer for the last 15 years. I don't think I will stay here again.

Nice Hotel on the Beach

Room was clean, staff pleasant. My one gripe would be I paid for an oceanfront room, 2nd floor of hotel technically isn't oceanfront when you are eye level with pool and tennis court. If you are staying with children, be prepared there is a swim up pool bar which attracts a young crowd and makes swimming with children difficult at times. Would stay again if on an adult only trip.

This was probably the worst stay ever!

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, ever time we took a shower we felt like we were going to fall through the bottom! Extremely outdated! We left a day early cause we couldn't stand it anymore!

Old, outdated, broken.

Everything in this hotel is incredibly old and smelled My room key on the door was faulty and tool 4 swipes to unlock each time. the kitchen light was burnt out, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the tv in the room was as far as possible away from the beds, in which you could feel every spring you slept on, or laid on while trying to sleep. I switched hotels after the first night. Won't make that mistake again, I thought holiday inn took better care if their facilities.
