We had to walk down the street and back to check in because their computers were down. Walking up the stairs you notice all the doors and hallways are dirty. We finally get checked in and get to our room and the room is very small, smells dirty, and we pulled back the comforter to find yellow sheets fairly stained with brown spatters on them. We go down to the front desk to ask for new sheets and the lady at the desk kind of sighed and went and got us new sheets and we bent back to the room and changed the sheets and figured we would deal with it for the two nights. Then we realized the light switch didn’t work and the one in the bathroom only worked for a few minutes before it started flickering on and off, so we checked the one over the sick and only 2/3 worked but one was very dim and the other flickered on and off as well. So we go back to the front desk to see if we can get a refund or check out a new room. after and while she gave us attitude for being unpleased, she showed us a new room and this one smelled a little bit better but we instantly pulled back the sheets to stained and actual dirt or little bed bugs on them. Manager started to brush them off and insisted they weren’t bugs. We decided we needed to get a refund but the manager would not help the process, even when hotels.com called them she refused to be cooperative to their customer service. We cut our losses and booked a new one for the night. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. 0/5 stars from me.
